Bright and ideally located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac, you can spend time with family or friends.
This spacious and atypical house offers views of the sea and the islands and a beautiful garden to relax and enjoy the sun.

Housing
Our house has on the ground floor a bright living room with very beautiful volumes with a magnificent ornamental fireplace (non-functional) overlooking an exotic wooden veranda overlooking the garden.

This space is open to the dining room adjoining the fully equipped kitchen to prepare good summer dishes.

From the dining room you can access the "parental" area with a nearby bathroom and separate toilet.

Upstairs, a mezzanine office, games with a library for lovers of reading serves two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and a single bed with beautiful sea views and a bathroom equipped with toilet.

These different configurations will allow everyone to find a place to relax.
Passenger access
You will have complete privacy and the entire upper part of the house. That is to say the ground floor and the floor.

The basement is reserved and not accessible. It serves as storage for the management and maintenance of the house.

We want our home to remain a place of calm, relaxation and rest. That's why we don't allow any events or parties.
