'Keyless entry failed twice during our four night stay.Had to wait for owner to contact locksmith. Second time was after midnight before locksmith arrived.Results were that lock bolt for keyless entry was not installed correctly causing deadbolt to get stuck and not open door.Drain pipe in kitchen sink was not connected and flooded the kitchen floor when we used.'

'My daughter and I were in the area for a basketball tournament. We booked weeks ago, but her schedule didnt come out until Tuesday the week of. We found out she didnt play until Saturday evening. On Wednesday, I asked the host if we could alter our stay to check in on Saturday to save a night. She said a refund for Friday night was NOT possible.
