'Slow checking in. Once Kaylee came on duty things ran excellent. But arrived at 240pm and was told checking in earliest was 3pm. They didn't even try to take our information or payment before 3pm. This was after waiting for about 10 minutes at front desk without anyone in site even after ringing a bell twice. The room was spacious, comfortable beds. Took 5 minutes or more to get hot water, but good shower after that. Location and free parking always good.'

'De eigenaar was zeer on vriendelijk! De bedden perfect!!! '

'After enjoying the hot tub I went back to my room 238 to take a bath and there was no tub stopper in the tub. I called the front desk spoke to Megan who told me she didn't have any stoppers. 'Hotel looks and feels new but front desk staff could smile a bit. Breakfast staff was great with lots of choices to choose from including an automatic pancake maker. Will definitely stay there on our next trip in to see the grandkids.'

There was issues with that. They don’t have a hot tub children are the age of 18. Cannot use the bicycle or the treadmill even if they’re 16 years old with a parent I understand rules and regulations and liability, but if you’re with your parent and you are into Fitness, you should be able to use...

'If you like drug addicts and hot boxing cigarettes this is the place for you'

'Spa ? You’re joking right ? Gentlemen, I am writing this regarding a reservation made in Perry’sburg, OH for May 7 to May 13. I made this reservation at the beginning of January. The reason I chose this place is because all of the other hotels close to the venue I would be attending showed there were no rooms available for those dates. To start with, you processed the payment on January 6, 2026, a full 4 months before I would arrive. I have never had any other hotel process the full...
