Visit Perthshire
Came over for a party at friends house in Perthshire. Staying at Heidl Guesthouse was a great experience, warm and excellent service. Nice room, celan and great breakfast! Great location, 5 minutes walk form train/bus station.

Hotel staff were helpful.
There was no one at the guest house which is attached to a hotel. The hotel staff checked us in and gave us our keys and a breakfast order form which we were to fill out. Everything went fine and we were happy with the room.

Limited parking, knackered chairs, disappointing.
The beds were very good and shower excellent. However, there are only 3 parking spaces for 8 rooms so you have to be lucky (there was no space at the co-owned hotel next door either). The chairs in the room were completely knackered, so much so that you could not sit on them. The "lounge" was a bedroom where the bed was propped up against a wall and just consisted of two similarly knackered chairs. The windows had devices put on them to stop you opening them beyond a tiny slit so I would hate to be in here on a hot day. Breakfast was served in the Indian restaurant next door. Cereals were good but fried egg was dried out and cheap catering sausages in cooked breakfast. This was our last day of an 11 day Scottish holiday and this was by far the worst of the places that we stayed in. We picked this hotel on the basis of its review score and cannot imagine how it has such a high score.

We stayed here for one night in June during our Scotland vacation. Our room was quiet. The breakfast was in the building next door but it was good. It was a good place to stay just passing through.

Nice clean room and everything needed was catered for there (although I didn’t find a hairdryer). Very well catered for breakfast. The staff were very attentive and helpful.

Heidi highly recommended.
Very clean room and premises, everything you need is in the room. Check in was fast and easy, very friendly staff, which was great as they had not long taken over the guest house. Thy also own the hotel next door and hope to combine both soon. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice. Would definitely return in the near future.

This was the sweetest b&b. The owners were wonderful and accommodating. They had a lovely breakfast in the morning that was cooked to order. The location was very convenient. Would definitely recommend staying here!

A great wee bed and breakfast
Host was very welcoming and informative. I stayed in a twin room on entering room I was delighted with the high standard of decor, bedding for good, bed very comfortable. The en-suite also was exceptionally clean and had a great sized cubicle with power shower. It was an extremely hot day and I was delighted that the room windows had been open and curtains closed over to keep the room cool. Breakfast was a joy, order the night before, asked if we had any special needs/allergy and so forth. Food was of a high standard. I cant find fault with anything. I will use this place again.

Owners were extremely nice. Due to size, it is very personable and makes the experience a memorable one. The one thing is that I came during a heat wave and the small table fan worked, just not well enough. It was an outlier and minute, and didn't impact my opinion on the place or my stay.

We loved the Heidl Guest House and our hosts! Jackie couldn’t have been nicer and helping us get around. It is very easy to see the center of town with a short walk from there but the area around it does not have much.

Nice compact rooms. Inner city, you can walk to the shops...but, they can be hard to find. The host was wonderful and breakfast was good.

Lite lyhört, men annars bra.
Bra bemötande, smidig incheckning och god skottsk frukost. Det enda som fanns att klaga på var fönsterna som släppte igenom både vind och ljud. Det kändes som att fönstret var öppet, utan att det var det. Trafiken just utanför hördes väl. I övrigt väl värt pengarna och trevlig värdinna.

Great Guest House
Very clean , great breakfast and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. There are only 4 parking spaces but this was not an issue during our stay despite the guest house being full as apparently it is unusual for all guests to have cars and there is an arrangement with the hotel next door when the need arises + free parking nearby. As you would expect there is no lift so those who struggle with stairs might want to ensure their room is on the lower floors.

Location- located on a side street there was little noise from the road but they also provide complimentary ear plugs which was thoughtful Parking - free parking on site but there is only 3 spaces that i saw, i can there very late and parked fine though although off season Comfort- beds were very comfy and warm. Provided dressing gowns which was a nice touch as well as your own personal sink. However, heating wasnt workikg, didnt matter once in bed but it does need fixing. Food - very good breakfast with lovely dining room. Staff -Jackie (i believe) was a delight. Very caring and friendly.

Absolutely loved our night at the Heidl Guest House in Perth. If we could have stayed longer, we definitely would have! Jackie was absolutely incredible and made us feel right at home. She answered lots of questions about Scotland, and was very kind to my shy 8 year old daughter (even gave her a sweetie on checkout!) Our breakfast was incredible and the entire place was spotless. Check in and out was easy and quick. Extremely affordable Absolutely spotless Great location Only downside of our particular stay, was we originally booked a double bed & instead ended up with two singles. Jackie did inform me of this before arrival though so we knew. 100% would stay again.

Jackie was a delightful host. My room had a private bath, but not ensuite. This was not a problem. In fact the bath was bigger than most ensuite baths. There was a wide variety of hot breakfast choices. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Smashing wee guest house and only a five minute walk from the town centre. A great breakfast to start the day, only downside is that you have to order it the night before, not a great fan of this. All in all a good place to stay for a short break in Perth.
