About the property
Isla Farmhouse is a design-led retreat for gatherings of up to ten. Period features and waterside views meet playful colour, contemporary art and furnishings throughout. Spend slow mornings around the generous kitchen table, challenge friends to pool, or settle beside the fire after exploring Perthshire. Five inviting bedrooms and three bathrooms offer everyone room to unwind, while the leafy grounds create a peaceful sense of escape beside the River Isla.
The space
Step inside this beautiful country farmhouse and discover bright, welcoming interiors where traditional details meet relaxed contemporary design.

The generous kitchen and dining space forms the sociable heart of the house. A large island provides plenty of room for preparing group meals, while the long dining table comfortably brings everyone together for leisurely breakfasts, celebratory dinners and evenings spent catching up. Tall windows frame the surrounding greenery and fill the room with natural light.

The elegant sitting room offers deep, comfortable sofas gathered around the fireplace, with a television for relaxed film nights. Soft neutral tones, original-style architectural details and colourful artwork create a calm but characterful atmosphere.

Alongside the main living area, a pool table provides entertainment for friendly tournaments and rainy afternoons. Its open connection with the sitting room means the group can spend time together while still finding different ways to unwind.

Upstairs are four individually decorated bedrooms combining crisp white bedding with upholstered headboards, warm lighting and carefully chosen colour and pattern. Three bathrooms serve the bedrooms. A twin room on the ground floor alongside a shower room. Two feature showers, while the third has a freestanding bath - perfect for a long soak after a day outdoors. Body wash, bubble bath and hand soap are provided.

Outside, the farmhouse is surrounded by an expansive walled garden with mature trees, shrubs and a lawn, giving guests plenty of space to enjoy the quiet country setting. Enjoy the peaceful river views while cooking up a storm on the Gas BBQ, or simply relax with your favourite tipple in hand.
