- Via della Pescara apartment in Perugia is a comfortable three-room apartment for rent located close to the historic center, not far from the Church of Santa Giuliana and Piazza Partigiani. Thanks to its proximity to the historic center you will be able to fully enjoy the cultural life of the city and the various events that take place throughout the year, from Umbria Jazz to the International Journalism Festival, as well as taste the Umbrian Middle Ages along the streets of the acropolis.
The apartment is located in a residential context and consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 living room with French sofa bed, complete kitchen with coffee machine and electric kettle, bathroom with shower. It can accommodate up to a maximum of 3 people, and is therefore ideal for couples holidays or business trips. Free WiFi.
Getting to the apartment is easy, as it's just a 5-minute drive from the Prepo highway exit, 1,300 meters from Perugia Fontivegge train station, and 700 meters from the Piazza Partigiani bus station. It's also close to prestigious health clinics such as Casa di Cura Liotti and Villa Fiorita. Free parking is available within the building.
The area is served by numerous services: near the building you can find a coin-operated laundry, a bar with pastry shop and the bus stop. A little further away you will find a couple of supermarkets and some shops.
