At the same time, I guarantee you that we have informed all our guests booked during Umbria Jazz Festival with very clear and easy instructions to reach the hotel, checking and car parking procedure. The problemi is that the email that was in your reservation's file was not correct and it came back to us. You could reach the hotel by car and check-in with our luggage assistance, without carrying your luggages on foot from the car park. Once again, I am very sorry, but the email address in your file was not correct. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed the special atmosphere that Umbria Jazz brings in our city.With our kindest regards,
