There was a snafu with someone being checked into my room after I had already checked in — which was disturbing to say the least. However the staff was quick to offer apologies and make up for the oversight. 'Beautiful boutique hotel with only 16 rooms that are spacious, elegant, quiet, safe and convenient. The staff is amazing and helped mewith anything and everything I needed including fixing my glasses I sat on and shopping for special foods I like. I felt deeply cared for. I now consider this my home in the Sacred Valley and hope to return someday. This is for sure THE only place to stay in my opinion.'
'My current recommendation for lodging in Huanuco, great aesthetic and reasonably clean. Only problem was hotels.com mistakenly flagged my payment method and every time I tried to reach out to the hotel to remedy this I failed to get an answer. Had there been an actual booking issue and the time of year been busy this could've been highly problematic.'
