'The room was fine -- small, but clean. On the downside the bed was hard, and there was a fair amount of noise. There is no air conditioning or heater -- but the weather was moderate. The hotel is within close walking distance to the city center. But on the much bigger plus side, is that on both days my Expedia booked tour companies let me down, but the caring staff at Chankana Hotel (Hostel) went above and beyond to help salvage my entire trip! The second day of my trip the Chankana staff...

My stay at this Wyndham costa del sol did not live up to my expectations basically because of the personnel at the reception. The hotel has a great location and good facilities though it is a bit outdated. When checking in I did not get the usual vip access as good member, but ok. The checkout was horrible though. A group of about 20 persons just arrived at 11am when I wanted to checkout. Good...
