'We had a great stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly attentive and accommodating. Honestly, I thought she was the owner because of how much she cared and how involved she was in making sure everything was perfect.

'The staff was mostly amazing. They were very accommodating with my early checking and always offering assistance. There was a snafu with someone being checked into my room after I had already checked in — which was disturbing to say the least. However the staff was quick to offer apologies and make up for the oversight. 'Beautiful location on an island in the Lake. Beautiful rooms and well maintained property. Would have loved it more if the hiking trails around the hotel were to open 24/7. 'Beautiful boutique hotel with only 16 rooms that are spacious, elegant, quiet, safe and convenient. The staff is amazing and helped mewith anything and everything I needed including fixing my glasses I sat on and shopping for special foods I like. I felt deeply cared for. I now consider this my home in the Sacred Valley and hope to return someday. This is for sure THE only place to stay in my opinion.'
