Set on the hills between Lucca and the sea, Villa Cleo is the ideal location for those who want not only to enjoy the nature with walks or bike rides but also to discover the surroding areas such as the popular seaside resort of Viareggio or the famous Tuscan art city of Lucca.

Tastefully refurnished, the villa offer a cosy atmosphere: living area with fireplace and kitchen with wood beamed ceiling (with table and chairs, fridge/freezer, stove, oven, coffee maker and dishwasher). A few steps lower one bathroom with shower, laundry room with washing machine and sink, utility room with access to the garden.
At the first floor one double bedroom, one bedroom with French bed and one additional single bed, one double bedroom with one cot. A few steps lower one bathroom with shower and tub.

On the back of the house the garden (100sq. m) with 80 sq. m fenced with mesh wire and wood (1,80cm high). Private swimming pool (7x4m; 1.3m deep), equipped with table and chairs, deckchairs, sun-umbrella and barbecue.
