Casa Ravenna - Studio Apartment, Sleeps 4

Nice studio apartment recently renovated and carefully furnished in a functional way to accommodate travelers from all over the world. Located in via Ravenna 94, in a central and residential area, with a pleasant walk you can reach the sea, the center and the pedestrian area of Pescara in 5 minutes. The area is well served and is complete with bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists, etc. The apartment, very bright and pleasant, was completely renovated at the end of 2021 and is located on the first floor without lift of a small condominium. The house consists of an entrance hall, bathroom and open space on two levels: on the main floor we find a beautiful living area with sofa (possibly convertible into a double bed) and kitchenette with a brand new fully equipped open kitchen which has an induction hob , fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, moka, kettle, various utensils and dining table; in the complete bathroom there is a walk-in shower cabin, sink, toilet and bidet. Connected by an internal staircase you access the mezzanine area, where we find a very comfortable double bed, perfect for a quality rest after a long day of shopping, tourism or work. The apartment is completed by a lovely balcony from which you can also glimpse the sea. The house has latest generation Fiber Wi-Fi, as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. There are custom-made wardrobes and furniture to accommodate your personal effects. Sheets, blankets and towels are provided. There is a hot/cold air split in the main area and an electric radiator in the bathroom. An iron and hairdryer are also available. Under the condominium there is free parking with parking disc. In the nearby streets there are municipal parking lots on blue lines for a fee. In the case of long stays, it is recommended to leave the car in the daily paid car park at the Central Station. (Please note that being the central area it is often not easy to find parking.) The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people, and is the ideal accommodation for couples, friends and business trips. If you are multiple guests but want to sleep separately and use both the bed and the sofa bed, I kindly ask you to inform me in advance so that I can find the sofa bed open and with sheets. The house is obviously cleaned and disinfected at the end of each stay.
