Dåligt läge för en barnfamilj när det inte finns några andra restauranger i närheten och hotellet har en väldigt begränsad meny för lunch. Det fanns en hiss men den fick inte gäster använda så var tungt att släpa alla resväskor, fick ingen hjälp. Det stod stor frukost men det va dåligt utbud och ville man ha pannkakor fick man betala extra.

Es un hotel grande venido a menos. Pretenden darlenun aire clasico a algo viejo. la bañera en mal estado. El baño perdía agua, el aire acondicionado ruidoso y te congelabas. El personal solo habla ingles o italiano. La amabilidad brilla por su ausencia. Durante nuestra estancia nos avisaron de la perdida de un familiar, avise a recepcion de los hechos y de que no estariamos todas las noches y aun asi nos cobraron la estancia entera. Poca profesionalidad y mal gusto. No volveremos ni se lo recomendaria a nadie. El sitio es un desastre. Ah, si teneis alergia llevaos antiestaminicos, la moqueta casi nos mata.

Checkig in and out was seamless. Upon getting to our room, I realized the shower had no hot water nor did the sink and shower could not fully turn off. I called downstairs and someone came up promptly to check then we were given another room. I do agree with one review re carpet in hallway. It really should be removed. The villa is archaic with some charm if you like fancy hotels this is not the place for you. I highly recommend renting a car if you want to get around the area--thank God we did! Ample parking on premises. Shopping (touristy) is 25 minutes by car. The villa is perfect for relexation and quiet. To date, they serve the BEST grape juice I have ever had--no complaints about the breakfast melons served were sweet and delicious. No AC issues and the weather at the time of our visit was mercilessly hot. I would stay here again for the charm and stillness of the area. Mr. Massimo and staff were both courteous and very helpful in helping us find shopping areas. Thank you Villa delle Rose for a lovely stay

The hotel itself was immaculate. The staff was amazing. The back area of the hotel which we overlooked included trash, standing water and open trenches. The air conditioning did not work. The checkout process was extremely long due to problems with their credit card machine. But the staff quality was so good, then any other problems were minor.

Servizio meraviglioso, personale molto gentile e disponibile, colazione molto buona. Per noi c'erano solo due cose che non ci piacevano, l'aria condizionata era molto vecchia, non funzionava molto bene e faceva rumori e la piscina (che per noi è una cosa che ci piace molto) anche se è molto buona e bella, è posizionata in ombra e l'acqua era sempre molto fredda, abbiamo finito per usarla pochissimo.

Nice and clean hotel but a bit dated and isolated.
The hotel was qlean and the staff generous and helpful, but the room and facilities are in general a bit dated. The food in the restaurant was good which was lucky since all other restaurants in the area were closed when we were there in the middle of August, due to vacation. The pool looks very nice in the pictures, but in real life is not that exciting and it is located just beside a busy road so it's not that relaxing, although the pool bar was good.

The first thing that I noticed was how friendly the staff are. Always prepared to give advice which helped us a lot when visiting the region, the staff in the restaurant reflected this attitude too. The hotel was clean and spacious. I would go back.

Classic 1980s Villa delle Rose
Check with hotel before booking what room you get. We booked a superior with balcony in renovated room based on the pictures on the hotels.com. But got no balcony in a old room. Next day we were offered balcony room which led to the parking and again an old room. Seems that old rooms have balcony and new ones dont. We got only 3options to choose from as the hotel was full receptionist said… maybe. The hotel is somewhere 2-3stars by the looks of it is 1980s. The pool is great, lots of sunďbeds, next to grass garden to relax under plenty of shade from surrounding trees. Its missing a toilet so you need to go back to your room. Because you dont want to go to lobby toilet which is OMG turkish style in mens room! The restaurant was a surprise with wonderful staf and very very nice italian meals, plenty of choices, priced as everywhere else in the area. We choose the hotel for 3nights but would consider it for sleepover next time. Its good for 1h drive to Florence or Pisa or to the beach. For 100€ It was a good deal afterall.

Struttura alberghiera in Villa d'Epoca ben ristrutturata che rende l'ambiente delle camere molto comfortevole. Servizio in camera per la prima colazione ben organizzato e completo. Ristorante di ottima qualità per varietà e piatti offerti. Neo nel far mantenere un livello di rumorosità decente ai bambini ospiti dell'hotel (ovviamente anche i genitori hanno le loro responsabilità ......), In complesso consigliatissimo anche per buon rapporto qualità/prezzo
