Steve made it so easy to check-in, he even met us at the house. The house was very clean. Out of 7 of us 2 of the mattresses we fine 2 were on the firmer side. The smaller upstairs bathroom had a loud voice when you flushed the toilet so it was not used during the night because it would wake everyone up ( not a big deal for us). The back patio area was great so relaxing. Would definitely return!

Having four bedrooms and three bathrooms was very helpful. The proximity to downtown was convenient. A very nice house and the host made sure we had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed the spaciousness of the house as well as the location. It’s a quiet street, very convenient to everything, whether you’ve got a car or are on foot.The downstairs got a little chilly in the mornings but the host has provided several portable heaters, if needed.The kitchen appliances were more than adequate.

Steve, our host, was incredibly responsive, flexible, helpful, providing everything we needed to make our stay perfection. The house is uniquely beautiful, huge, comfortable, with multiple areas for a few or everyone to enjoy time together. We were all so happy there and sorry to leave. Thank you for a best of the best time together for our family!

Beautiful home, lovely host.

Very comfortable home, beautiful private patio, very congenial and helpful host. Steve had several excellent suggestions for day trips and restaurants. The house was very comfortable and private for two couples, with room to spare.

Our stay was perfect! Great set-up with a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor for my parents, and 3 beds, two baths upstairs for family. Steve was helpful and even pointed out the foxes that visit to sun themselves on the shed. Had everything we needed, nice outdoor courtyard, and close enough to walk everywhere. Would visit again!

Very welcoming house

My family and I were very pleased with this property. There was plenty of room for our party of 5 adults. The bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring all areas of Petaluma and beyond. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Great, quiet location. Could use a bit more cleaning between guests - details. The stairs could be challenging for some guests. Overall, a nice and convenient stay.

Great spot

We stayed here with another family (6 total people...4 adults, one 17 yr old and one 10 yr. old) as a central location for visiting wine country and getting back to SF. Cute and spacious house on a cute street and Steve, the owner, was very communicative and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend if staying in this area.

Enjoyed staying at home in Petaluma

The owner was easy to reach and available to answer questions. The house was a great location in Petaluma and we could walk downtown to explore and visit local parks.

Such an adorable home! A home with such character! Stayed there with friends for three nights. Steve has the best host, helping us out with a few issues we had (nothing to do with the house). Location was close to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything Steve!

Perfect House for 3 couples

We were 3 couples traveling to the wine country to enjoy a quick vacation. The house was the perfect size for us and the owner was very responsive. We had plenty of room to congregate and visit. There is a lovely patio out back to enjoy the gorgeous Petaluma weather. The neighborhood is the perfect place to enjoy a morning walk. The owner had coffee for us which was a nice touch. We highly recommend staying here.
