'The motel is conveniently close to SDSU and the freeways. However the rooms are stuffy and smell like cigarettes the floors were sticky and the beds are super hard. The price is too high for what you get. The place was safe the surrounding area is very quiet.'

'This is the first time I had such a terrible experience with Days Inn.Looks like this particular branch really need good management.We checked in the hotel on 29th July around 5 pm.In lobby there was written about complementary breakfast so I enquired about the timing.I was told there is no breakfast.When I asked then why it is written lady on the front desk told to ask manager.We drove almost 7 hrs to reach hotel and we were desperately thinking for a shower but it was broken.It was reported...

'Sorry for giving bad reviews. I booked through Expedia for the whole trip. When I check in, their computer down. They ask me if I want to stay, pay it with Master Card. She said not go through. She ask to pay cash. I did pay cash and stayed for a night. Next I checked my Master Card. Transaction went through. I ask for money back even shows her my email. She pretended don’t know English. Back to Canada, call them, no phones service no website. Please be careful with this motel. Thanks '

'Lovely hotel unique and very good staff The only recommendations are that they have to give hotel guests prefference in one of the restaurants and make up the beds every day and close the corridor for people who are not staying in the hotel. Very noisy in the corridors in the evening '

'Stay away from this dump. The pictures make it look like it is industrial chic but it's really prison cell grade accommodations. The guy in the room next to ours showed us a giant water bug he found in his room. We checked out immediately. They rely on people falling for the false images they show of the rooms. This place would be better used as shelter for the many homeless around the hotel.'

'Prima plek, alleen jammer van de 30 dollar resortfee. Voor alleen het zwembad? Dat is het niet waard. Wel mooi strategisch tov alle plekken in San Diego.'

'The staff were courteous and friendly. Parking was and location was good and very safe. Our room had the best views of the city, airport and planes coming in for a landing. The 4th floor was a very nice deck with lots of seating and the most wonderful views and you could bbq up there as well. We had everything we wanted and we will definitely be back again.'

'Little bit strange with lobby on 12th. Downtown in walking distance. Convention Center 20 min walk Parking not cheap, but all parking garages aren't. Expected more homeless people as the US isn't doing well on that point. Neighbourhood felt safe, '

'Everything about the stay was great. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating and even went the extra mile to remember our plans throughout the week and asked us about them. The room had a washer and a steamer along with bicycle rentals included with the stay. The location was right downtown near the ballpark so it was very easy to get anywhere. They included $10 food vouchers per day and two free waters everyday which was super nice to have since we were walking all around town....

'Lovely decor, clean and fresh rooms and extremely friendly and supportive staff. Small downside was the limited closet/storage space. And for disabled access, in the shower the soap and shampoo could have been placed a little closer to the shower itself.'

'Easy access by car, nice pool, they provide some noodles and things to play in the pool and, excellent, a device to help disabled people to access the water. There is a restaurant for breakfast, lunch and depending on the day for dinner too, though beware, the waffles are pretty salty compared with European tastes, but if you like…'
