Dit is ons derde eigendom in Boyne City. Lees enkele van onze goede recensies op Vrbo # 1049994. U zult niet teleurgesteld zijn in een van onze vakantiehuizen. Voorzieningen zijn onder andere een grote woonkamer met Flexsteel uittrekbare tweepersoons slaapbank, Samsung 55 inch. Smart-tv met Spectrum-kabel en WIFI. De hoofdslaapkamer is extra groot en heeft een eigen bad. De privé achtertuin beschikt over een buiten woonkamer, barbecue grill en vuurplaats voor uw plezier. Bijgevoegde garage voor uw gemak. Laat je auto staan en loop naar ALLES! Slechts 2 blokken van winkels, restaurants, pubs, Lake Charlevoix, Public Boat Launch en Boyne's Famous Farmers Market. Je zult genieten van Friday's Stroll the Streets en de gratis concerten van woensdag in Old City Park. Minder dan een mijl naar Boyne's fietspad en 2 mijl naar Young State Park en de zandige oevers van het prachtige meer Charlevoix. Lovely home. Very Clean and roomy for 4. The beds were very comfy. I am in a wheel chair and I appreciated the fact that there was a ramp. It was a little steep but it worked. That's the main reason we chose this home. Boyne was a nice town with some excellent restaurants. We had an issue with the bedroom tv but it was taken care of the same day. Thank you for being great hosts.

Second time here and love this place. Check in was very smooth. House was very clean and the amenities and welcome gift basket were a nice touch and very thoughtful. Conveniently located to everything we wanted to do-golf, shop, wineries and breweries and a ton of restaurants. Definitely will rent again!

This house was just perfect for our stay. The accommodations were wonderful and the hosts were too. We enjoyed being able to take a short walk into town and also a short drive into other towns to explore. Boyne City is quaint and cute. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay! Easy check in and out. The place was clean and had everything you could need. The location was excellent. Only a 10 minute walk into town and it was such a nice town to explore. We went to the farmers market on Saturday morning and it was only 2 blocks away on the water. Also, only a short drive to Boyne Mountain, Petoskey, and Charlevoix.

Love this place!!!

This is the perfect place to stay and either play or relax. The owners reached out beforehand and the place had absolutely everything we could need or want. It is close to town so you can walk. There are games to play, bikes to ride, books to read. It is decorated adorably. It is definitely a home away from home. We absolutely loved it!!!

Overall impression in one word: impressive! This 2 bedroom / 2 bath 'home' is located in a residential neighborhood close to downtown and it checked all the boxes. It was literally a home away from home, where all the essentials are provided. Bring your clothes and bring your food. There's plenty of storage for both. Everything in the listing was accurate except the tennis courts are nearby, not on-site. Things that were appreciated that aren't on the extensive amenity listing: * individual room thermostats; * back porch bench swing perfect for two; *bicycles for the whole family (we didn't use them, but very nice for the bike enthusiasts, especially with so many paved bike trails in the area); *starter snack basket and bottled waters were generous; *coffee was just the way we do it at home; *labels on light switches and written directions were very clear, making it easy to feel at home right away; *make-up remover wipes - I brought my own, but that's a nice touch; *decor was tasteful and renovation was well done; *rain shower heads with low threshold step-in shower with dispenser soap and shampoo installed (no conditioner); *ceiling fans helped circulate warm air that gets trapped in the cathedral ceilings. We had 85 degrees then 2 days later a high of 45 degrees. We were comfortable in both extremes with the heating/cooling system. Highly recommended.
