De Woodloft Haus is een enorme 4.000 vierkante voet executive stijl huis met 4 slaapkamers plus slaapzolder en 3 badkamers. Het is gelegen op een prachtig bosrijk terrein van 2 hectare. Het huis beschikt over midden van de eeuw moderne voldoet aan Noord-hut architectuur die zorgt voor een warm en uitnodigend verblijf.

** NIEUW VOOR WINTER 2018 ** Alle nieuwe, Amerikaanse, Whirlpool roestvrijstalen keukenapparatuur. Inclusief; 5-pits gasfornuis met Frozen Bake-technologie, Franse deurkoelkast met gefilterde waterdispenser en ijsblokjesmachine, vaatwasser met hoge capaciteit, en uitgebreide magnetron. Geheel nieuwe, Amerikaanse, Whirlpool kleding wasmachine en droger met hoge capaciteit.

Het huis slaapt comfortabel 14 in bedden. Het heeft drie (3) HD LCD-tv's met premium kabel; ESPN, FSD, HBO, Showtime en meer. Het huis heeft ook het volgende voor de gasten om van te genieten: Nintendo Wii, enorme dvd-collectie, tafeltennis, tafelvoetbal en bordspellen in de uitgestrekte afgewerkte kelder.

De buurt verbindt met de Little Traverse Wheelway. De "Wheelway" is een 24 mijl geplaveid fietspad van het centrum van Harbor Springs door Petoskey State Park, het centrum van Petoskey, Bay Harbor en eindigt in Charlevoix. De "Wheelway" biedt een ansichtkaartwaardig uitzicht op Lake Michigan terwijl het rond de natuurlijke bocht van Little Traverse Bay slingert.

De woning ligt ook dicht bij het ski- en golfresort Boyne Highlands, het skiresort Nub's Nob en de golfclub Little Traverse Bay. Het is minder dan 1,5 km verwijderd van Trip Advisors # 1 Eetgelegenheid in Harbor Springs; De Poolse keuken. Ook is Pond Hill Farm slechts een korte autorit verwijderd. Very spacious with nice wood furnishings, quality stove, deck, large dining table. Kitchen was well equipped. Great place! A few things to know—no food storage containers or foil/plastic wrap, so I was glad to have taken some ziplock bags. Window coverings aren’t light blocking, so it’s light early in summer. Some squeaky floors.

Perfect family get away. We had a family of 11 ranging from mid 70s to 12 years old and the house provided something for everyone. Relaxing and reading in the four season room or porch to ping pong, foseball, and arcades in the lower level. Perfect location to explore harbor springs and Petoskey but also an easy trip to see Macinac island, wilderness State Park, and Highlands Dark Sky Park. The home was exceptionally well equipped. It was agreed that this was a home we would all come back to.

Great place to stay

Although this house is a little bit further away from the ski resorts, the amenities make it worth the extra 5 to 10 minute drive. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms all maintained in great condition. Large family room to gather in with a wood burning fireplace. Excellent basement entertainment. Will definitely be back many times more.

Woodloft Home

This is just a wonderful home...super close to Petosky, Harbor Springs and ski resorts. It works well for large groups, beds are comfortable, kitchen has it all, fireplace is nice and the 4 season glass porch is so nice for viewing the wooded lot. Hope to stay here again without question

This house is perfect! We had so much fun on the game room basement playing ping pong and the arcade games. Lots of space and amenities. House was super clean and more than we expected. I would most definitely stay here again. Continently located to both the Highlands and Nubs Knob.

The house was spacious for 6 women celebrating birthdays. Great location for exploring Harbor Springs and Petosky. We had beautiful weather so enjoyed the patio. Fantastic family get away in Harbor Springs

Wonderful cabin in the woods, just a 5 minute drive to Petosky State Park and a great Lake Michigan beach. Spacious gathering places, game room was a huge hit with the kids. My favorite was the screened in sun room off of the master bedroom- ideal for lounging and quiet reading! Craig was a very considerate host and property manager.

Wonderful stay

This house is special to our family as my grandparents owned it 20 years ago and we spent much of my childhood up there. While it has been renovated, it still is a wonderful house and brought back a lot of memories! The game room was awesome for the kids and adults too! Close to both Harbor Springs and Petoskey, we spent time in both and also enjoyed the close walking/bike path. The sunroom was also a favorite to enjoy in the morning. We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back sometime soon!

Lovely Relaxing Week!

This place has plenty of space for our extended family of 11, with areas for quiet as well as louder fun. The wrap around deck was perfect for some outdoor rock painting, the large dining room table fit everyone and was easy to clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. Similarly, the bathrooms had everything we needed, and extra towels in the upstairs closet. The second-floor laundry was perfect for the needs of the younger kids' parents. I highly recommend.

Great multi-family stay

We loved our stay at the woodlauft haus. It was perfect for our group of 13 including children. The house was very clean, had essentials for us to utilize during our stay. The house is very spacious and the arcade in the basement was a hit! We hope to come back! Great location with quick drives to the beach and nearby towns.

Beautiful Home!

Loved this property!! Pictures don’t do it justice! We absolutely loved sitting in the sun room watching the snow fall. The kids had a blast in the basement game room witch is way bigger then what’s pictured. Perfect location for skiing and getting to petoskey or harbor springs for dinner. Less then 10min to either location! Very clean! comfortable beds! The owner was awesome very accommodating and quick to respond. I highly recommend this beautiful home!
