2nd floor Oasis

Very pleased with the accommodations. The room was very clean (spotless), cozy and comfortable. The room is decorated with interesting vintage and antique treasures. A greeting card was waiting for us in the room. Such a personal touch.Marilyn greeted us when we arrived and showed us the private entry. We left the car parked for most of our visit and walked the downtown district for shopping, dining and took in a tour of the Mushroom Houses. It was a wonderful trip and a wonderful stay at Nena's Place.

Perfect little getaway walking distance to downtown

This stay was a perfect little eclectic, quiet getaway spot walking distance to downtown Charlevoix. We stayed there as a mini honeymoon after our wedding and it was just what we were looking for. It may be the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in! About the size of a standard hotel room with great AC. The hostess provided TONS of little amenities - the mini fridge was stocked with waters and juice, there were little granola bars and trail mix, toiletries, a sewing kit, feminine products and first aid kit in the bathroom... If you're looking for a little spot for two in the perfect Charlevoix location, this is it!!

We loved staying at Nena’s Place! It was in a great location and the space was exactly as pictured in the listing. It was very comfortable and had the fluffiest bath towels. Marilyn was a great host. She even had some snacks and drinks in the room when we arrived. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nena's Place - A lovely nest in Charlevoix

Nena's Place was an exceptionally clean, cozy & comfortable little secret gem, located in a very quiet neighborhood, within easy walking of the downtown stores & beach. We loved every minute of our stay. Our Hostess was quick to respond to any inquiries made, and was very, very, kind and hospitable. She made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, with loads of amenities, and extra special little treats as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a visit to Charlevoix. Just make sure you are able to climb stairs, as it is located on the 2nd floor of the house. My husband & I give it a 5 Star Rating!!

Beautiful and walking distance to town

This is our 2nd time staying. We love how close to town it is and generally walk back and forth multiple times per day. The rental is quaint and perfect for a couples retreat. Immaculately clean with the sweetest touches (small fridge with snacks/waters, coffee and treats). Marilyn is very responsive and easy to work with. We'll be back again!

The apartment is cozy, cute, well stocked super clean and three blocks from town. Loved walking while everyone else was looking for a parking place. If we needed anything, one text to Marilyn was all it took. Great place to stay!!!

Cozy retreat

We loved our stay! It had everything you would need for a very relaxing weekend. Comfy bed and sitting area, well appointed bathroom, snacks in the fridge and plenty of information on local attractions. We highly recommend the “Mushroom House” tour! Another plus is that Nena’s is within walking distance to town. Plenty of good restaurants too!

Cozy Room, Great Location

This room was very cozy, but, it had a lot of space. No detail was missed, great linens, towels and even a bathrobe. We felt like we were staying at a luxury hotel. I definitely recommend it for your stay in Charlevoix.

Awesome Charlevoix Getaway

We had such an amazing stay at this property. It was spotlessly clean and Marilyn had snacks, coffee and a stocked fridge. Walking distance to town was very short and easy. Check in was simple and we were given lists of suggestions for restaurants etc. I can't say enough good things about the space and we loved it so much that we are planning to make it an annual trip.

Cozy Charlevoix Retreat

This well appointed suite was just perfect for me when an art class took me to Charlevoix. The room is lovely, the bed was comfy and Marilyn thought about everything a guest might need. There were lovely linens, a fridge filled with water and even some yogurt and fruit. I could also make coffee in the room. It is located in a quiet residential location just blocks from downtown with plenty of street parking. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back.
