Uw hele gezin zal verliefd worden op ons onlangs gerenoveerde 2 slaapkamers 2 1/2 bad 5 slaapplaatsen Condo gelegen in Petoskey op slechts enkele minuten van de Ski Hills, Harbor Springs, Bay Harbor, Boyne en Charlevoix. Volledig uitgeruste keuken en een mooi achterdek om te genieten van uw koffie in de ochtend! Op loopafstand van Petoskey State Park en prachtige zonsondergangen. De bekende Traverse City Wheelway Bikepath bevindt zich net buiten uw voordeur. Jachthavens, winkels, kuuroorden, wijnmakerijen, fantastische restaurants, wandelen, fiets- en bootverhuur, vissen, Mackinac Island, casino's, golfen, golfen en meer golfen zijn om de hoek. Je wilt nooit meer naar huis !!!

Lovely Townhouse

We had a very comfortable stay at this well appointed townhouse. It is located within easy walking distance of the state park, with great beach access. We also appreciated being an easy drive from both downtown Petoskey and Harbor Springs, and right down the street from a local grocery and excellent bakery. We took advantage of the restaurants and the natural beauty of the area, and even the days we had to work were nice in this unit. Highly recommend!

very convenient to the bike trail, State park and quiet neighbors. Inside of property kept up well. recommend if you're a bicyclist. Didn't need to communicate with owner, everything self evident.

Great location and cozy place to stay

Check in instructions were super easy to follow and our arrival was super easy. Cute condo in a convenient location. Couple of handyman type things need to be done (really slow drains, loose faucet handles, etc) but nothing that reduced the quality of our stay. Cozy place that is comfortable to hang out in the evening on a cold evening. We loved that we were so close to the beach and Crooked Tree Breadworks! We’d stay here again without hesitation.

We were there for a big family reunion in Petoskeybut we had parties in Harbor Springs during our stay. This is the perfect ;ocation for access to both towns, the bike path and the beach. Great value!!!

Condo stay

Overall the condo was just used for sleeping as we were at weddings events Fri - Sun and left Sunday early. Condo was comfortable, however, the cleaning service is doing the owners a disservice. The floors and other areas were dusty. Crumbs on the counter. There was even urine in one toilet seat and excrement on another. When I arrived my son 44 and daughter 45 were actually vacuuming and cleaning the condo. We left the condo cleaner than we found it.

Love Bathing Beach Condos

The Houstons are GREAT HOSTS...they want you to have a GREAT stay. We experienced difficulty with the washing machine and their handyman, John attempted to fix it but when the fix didn't work, he was instructed to get a new washer/dryer. He did some dealing with a fellow handyman and arrived on a Sunday with the new equipment and worked, on a Sunday, until 10 PM getting the item installed and working properly. Really an excellent experience on the parts of the Houstons (for insisting on a new washer/dryer) and on John for installing it. Plus, the Houstons refunded $50 for the inconvenience. Thanks
