'Go here when you're looking for peace and quiet or a romantic hide away... It's not too far from down town Ubud (shuttle service) but not around the corner either. Hotel offers guided morning tours through the rice fields, fun. As there is only a limited amount of rooms, you feel as if you're the only guests. Lovely pool area, beautiful gardens and views, very service oriented staff, but most of all.... amazing food. The hotel has a raw food menu for people who really want to go healthy.'

'There is no access by car to the villa, you get dropped off at a nearby carpark and the staff will come and collect you by scooter/bike. They will take you on one bike and your luggage on another. The villa is well worth this inconvenience. Any time we wanted to go out of the villa, we just needed to ask and they would drop us to the main part of Ubud. The staff are so lovely and attentive. The villa was beautiful. The breakfasts were delicious. I don’t usually leave reviews for Hotels.com...

'I stayed 4 nights at this beautiful gem just outside of Ubud City Center. The accommodations are lovely and it is very quiet as the villa is backed by rice fields. The staff is exceptional! Breakfast included was cooked to order and served at your room. There are several very good eateries within walking distance. It's about 45 minutes to walk into the city center if you want to visit the palace and art market. The villa staff arranged a very nice tour for me to several UNESCO sites. I...

'Uma Galih Ubud Villa is wonderful. The property itself seems so private, with a personal entrance gate, walled-in villa (with amazing high ceilings that become musical during evening showers rain on the roof), and a lovely swimming pool. Owner/Manager Mr WIsnu and his team are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Reasonably priced breakfasts (ordered a day in advance), both western or Balinese, were delicious. I especially appreciated the availability of ride services throughout the island...

' Une chambre avec une vue incroyable, dans un bel écrin de verdure (Lotus 2). Une grande piscine, dans un milieu naturel bien entretenue. Un personnel au petit soin, d'une extrême gentillesse, et les dirigeants présents et attentifs. Vous tenez un lieu magny, proche du centre (15 minutes à pieds). Un salon de massages à quelques mètres (Velora wellness spa massage), avec une équipe excellente. Et moulte très bons restaurants traditionnels, dont le délicieux "Warung pulau kelapa" en sortant...

'Everything was great: beautiful swimming pool and room, amazing food (we ate at the restaurant multiple times and always delicious) and perfect location if you like to be outside the busy center of Ubud. The service was impeccable, the first night the room became light with sunrise, and they even offered to change the curtains so we could sleep in the second morning. Would definitely stay again. '

'Lovely hotel, we really enjoyed our first days in Bali! Would 10/10 recommend! Villa with private pool feels like ultimate luxury. We did the cycling tour with Manik which was 200% worth the money! Everybody should have a guide like Manik. Yudian and Gusti from the reception were so helpful, the buttler service is out of this world, within seconds you have everything you ask for. We would surely come again!'

'Absolut fantastisk ophold. Vores vært stod altid klar til at hjælpe. Om så vi skulle på udflugt, køres ned i centrum, have vasket tøj, have mad, have massage o.l, så stod Dewa og hans familie klar. Ekstrem hyggelig stemning og helt sikkert et sted jeg vil tilbage til. Vi var i tvivl om der var toilet med bad tilknyttet begge dele af huset - og ja det er der 👍'

In de omgeving is niet heel veel te doen, maar het is wel authentiek Balinees. Het zen-gevoel komt hier vanzelf. Ontbijt is prima. Voor lunch en diner moet je of naar een restaurant of je kunt het bestellen bij de staff en dan gaan zij het voor je ophalen. Kwaliteit van dit restauranteten vonden wij niet heel geweldig en wel aan de prijs. In het verleden kookte de...
