Self-check-in:
You’ll receive the code for the key box via email 2 days before your arrival (around noon). The code is valid for the entire duration of your stay, giving you complete freedom.

We’re available and responsive throughout your stay to answer your questions and assist you.
Before your arrival:
We’re available via Airbnb messages or by phone for any questions regarding your reservation, access to the cottage, or activities in the area.
During your stay:
Although you’ll be checking in on your own, we’re available by phone if you need anything. We’ll respond quickly if needed, while respecting your privacy and peace and quiet.
