The staff was really helpful with umbrellas. The front desk person spoke some English and was very helpful. We woke up to a nice complimentary breakfast. 'The experience was mixed as we had problems with check-in. The staff was not immediately present at reception (we were obviously the only guests in the hotel). After we were given a room, the bed sheets were not clean so the room had to be changed. Otherwise the room including bathroom was clean though. We were given a better (newer) small bungalow, which was fine but the whole hassle with check-in spoiled our impression. There is no minibar in the room, only two bottles of water were provided...

"We liked the hotel. We’ve been there also last year. I asked for a room at the second floor and got one at the third. I have a new knee and i’m not good in stairs now. They were willing to change the next day, but a room with a poor view. So i asked for one at the second floor with view. The girl behond the desk told us she has a room like that but the boss of the hotel refused. We could take the one with the poor view or stay in our room at the third floor. We didn’t understand the refusal. Very client unfriendly.
We also could check in from 1400 and got our room at 1540. We had to wait till the room was ready. We’re not sure to come back again in spite of the good quality of the hotel and the breakfast. "

"Een heel fijn hotel met vriendelijk personeel. We hadden een geschakelde bungalow met uitzicht op het strand en de zee terwijl we een bungalow geboekt hadden die verder van het strand af lag. Een upgrade dus. Het enige wat iets minder was, was de douche in het bad zonder douchewand of gordijn. Er was ook geen haakje om de handdouche vast te zetten.
