'The house itself is quite nice, but there quite a few remarks to be made: - On arrival the house smelled moldy. - Obviously there is no standard pest control. After we found live cockroaches in the curtains on the first floor, we called the caretaker. Pest control arrived. The smell was terrible for several hours (mind you we lived in the tropics for 5 years with pest control coming by every fortnight and we never smelled anything!). 'Excellent pool. Layout of villa was good. Had a nice shower. Enjoyed sitting out on the patio. Very responsive, kind and friendly staff. Liked the shuttle to the mall and beach. Enjoyed our stay!'

'Amazing customer service. We interacted with about a dozen staff members and every single one was delightful. They go above and beyond with excellent customer service. There is round the clock buggy service and the entire trip was a pleasure. The pool is 1.4m deep which was good enough for us. The big pool has occassional water polo and other obstacle courses added for kids' enjoyment. Lots of activities at the vacation club for everyone to enjoy. 'Immer superfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Die Wohnungen sind toll. Diesmal hatten wir nur immrr wieder ameisen und gekkos im zimmer. Und das Klo hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Wir würden aber immer wieder kommen. Toll finde ich die neue happy hour mit eis und früchten!'
