No parking. Was given attitude when asked about parking. Broken coffee machine. Booked hotel because im had a gym and the gym machine had broken sharp plastic pieces hanging off

Guest was upset there was not (Free) onsite parking. Guest called before arrival and was told we have paid parking options, the closest being across the street at 38. The other parking option was behind the hotel a block away at 25. The guest stated he never stayed at a hotel that didn't have (free) onsite parking. We have checked the 3 sets of gym equipment and found no broken or sharp parts.

Small nice clean property. I disliked my room as another building was blocking the view even the sunlight. Room 412. If you’re claustrophobic do not stay in this room! Breakfast was not the best. Very simple and not a lot options to eat. Orange juice was horrible.

Not much in the immediate vicinity but if you walk a block you have everything in Downtown at your disposal. Staff was very helpful, as we arrived early before we could check in. They kept our bags so we could start exploring the city.

This hotel is a jewel conveniently located near Independence Hall for a fair price. The facility was clean and welcoming with a courteous and friendly staff. I had a comfortable room with an updated look. Breakfast was nice with a variety of well prepared items.

The hotel it’s self was ok things I didn’t like you open the window you see a wall and you have to use your key card to get in and out the building. Couldn’t even get food delivered without coming down to let them in

Parking is at least $25 a night , Honestly i would have picked a better location …. Difficult to get into the hotel parking two blocks away , in the rain was not fun !! Hot water took 5 mins running to heat up …. Nice hotel and in general the staff were very nice Location and accessibility is woeful

Hotel staff was super friendly and made us feel welcomed. Parking was off sight and a bit of a hassle. Overall, the hotel was very clean, except for our bathroom shower which had mold. Nice selection for breakfast. Fitness center was clean and spacious.

J’ai été 1 nuit ( lundi ) la personne au frontdesk a été accueillant et m’a même parler en français , j’ai été surpris . Aucun bruit la nuit mais c’était peut-être pas occupé comme la fin de semaine . Chambre propre , lit étais passable pour dormir . Déjeuner inclut , plusieurs options diversifiée. Stationnement payant de l’autre côté de la rue payant à 38$ us pour 24h ou moin cher un peu plus loin .

Some of the rooms have no exterior view. That should be communicated to guests. Breakfast is dire, but not unexpected. 401's shower never gets hot. The sink does, so it's not an access problem. Mike, who works the front desk, is excellent and should be rewarded for going above and beyond with his customer service.

Enjoyed a quick 1 night stay at this location. Hotel was very busy with several groups and the front desk probably could have used more than one attendant at check-in time. However, he was very friendly and polite. Staff responded quickly to 2 different needs of our group. The room was comfortable and clean and the price was fair.

Property was a bit run down..ex. scuffs on many walls, walls need fresh paint or ceaningl, curtains where dusty and stained. Garbage was visible behind a portion in the lobby area.. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff was very friendly, and room was nice. Maid service was not good tho… it was incomplete, or didn’t happen at all. I had to ask for maid service - when they came they only did about 1/2 of what was needed and never replenished coffee, etc. Internal processes are inconsistent and need work.

So I did not actually get to stay here, but I am only rating it because of the most ridiculous policy I’ve ever heard of. I was in the city visiting friends and I had a little bit too much to drink, I live about 40 minutes away, so I decided to get a hotel room to be safe. It was my mistake that I did not double check the dates, but Expedia booked it for me the following night. I get to the hotel and the gentleman at the front desk, who is very helpful and very nice, said oh no, it is for tomorrow night so I cannot book you, so I had to call Expedia and try and get them to change the date. However, since it was after 1 AM I would not even be allowed to stay there. This is the most ridiculous policy I’ve ever heard of, what happened to walking into a hotel and just getting a hotel room? I had to go to sleep in my car until about five in the morning because of this policy.

I am sorry you did not stay with us. Unfortunately we are not allowed to change dates on third party reservations at the reception desk and that needs to happen through the third party. Hopefully we will get the opportunity to serve you in the future.

It was a nightmare because there was a group of people taking, screaming and laughing in the middle of the hall all night long just in front of our room . I was obligated to call the front desk twice in order to my problem to be solve . But this situation last for about 3 hours. I guess when I called the first time the situation must be solve but they didn’t.

Front-desk staff made arrangements to allow me to check out an hour later because I had a business videocall that went past 11 AM. The hotel was clean and quiet but there was construction taking place on the street outside that made walking a bit challenging. But it was near downtown / city center and there were many good places to eat.
