Delta Hotel dingetjes
De shuttlebus liet lang op zich wachten en als hij er was verwijs hij ons naar de volgende de eraan kwam waardoor we na 45 min. wachten nog eens 15 min. moesten wachten. De kamer was ruim en netjes ,maar na 2 dagen geen schoonmaak en ook geen handdoeken wissel ook moest ik vragen voor wc papier, douche gel en heb ik zelf de vuilbak geleegd. Het personeel was behulpzaam en vriendelijk ,maar het was ze teveel leek het. verder was het een goed hotel om te verblijven. Het bed was uitstekend.

Nice property! I love that it’s kind of secluded. The staff was awesome and very helpful. The only complaint that I have is that the towels and wash clothes could use some bleach.

The staff were nice they messed up our reservation and didn’t give us pantry access first, our door key didn’t work to get us into our room or into the pantry, had to go back down twice to get it fixed, they blamed experian. The room was not cleaned once the whole time we were there and there were bugs in the window sill. Would not have paid as much as I did if this would’ve been the experience

We arrived at the airport at 10:30pm and needed the shuttle to the hotel. Called the hotel and was immediately put on hold. They never connected me. Had to find our own way to the hotel. When i told the checkin person about our issue, she was indifferent "We were very busy tonight". We picked this hotel because we knew we would need the shuttle. Very disappointed.

Horrible staff at the time of check in early Saturday morning. Did not allow me to check into my hotel until 3:45am after arriving and booking a room at midnight. I saw roaches in the bathroom and the room also did not have hot water. The staff were not accommodating to my situation and stated that I was being extra by asking how long the wait would be in the hotel lobby.

Our room was very clean. The property is quiet even being so close to the airport. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The staff really goes above and beyond. Our flight was early and our room was not ready yet. We were able to leave our bags at the front desk and explored the city. The shuttle to and from the airport was great. Pam is fantastic. She is so friendly and helpful. The shuttle to and from the airport is so convenient. Since we didn’t have a car. We were able to take the shuttle to the airport to catch the train into the city. On our last day in the city we took the train to the airport to catch our flight. Nichelle from the airport was so kind as to drive over our luggage from the hotel and met us at the airport. Everyone was exceptional. I would definitely stay here again.

I couldn’t check in for hours because there were no rooms available. When I was finally checked in I was put into a suite because all the kings rooms were taken. The ceiling in the shower had a huge hole causing the shower above to pour into the tub of my shower. Going for breakfast I waiting about 40 mins for yogurt and was given warm orange juice. The stay wasn’t pleasant at all and I had high hopes because I was told it was a great place to stay.

Our room was not cleaned during our entire stay. (4days) No clean linen or sheets or even the trash being taken out. I was told by the front desk that room services would not be available. I have stayed at this hotel several times and it has never been this bad. I will not ever stay at this hotel ever again. I should have my money refunded since I was basically a part of the staff during my stay!!

During breakfast we Had a 40 mintue wait until we were even greeted by a server. After ordering about 50 minute wait for coffees, which was delivered after our food…it was also very dirty in the restaurant. Yuk.

Expedia had canceled my reservation months ago without telling me, but Jason Frink did everything to make it right. Without him, I would have been sleeping in my car for the length of my trip. He was a godsend.

Had a nice stay at the hotel. Beds were comfy and service was nice, but the walls were thin, which meant that I could hear conversations from people in the room next to me at 3am. Downstairs restaurant was good, but menu prices were not the same as the amount I was billed. The location is fairly isolated from other places to eat/ drink, so be ready to use a ride sharing service to get to any attractions in town.

Booked this hotel for wrestlemania weekend. Called at 10AM the day of check in to let them know we couldn’t check in until after midnight. I was told that was fine, they would check me in now and when I get to the hotel I just need to grab the room keys. We get to the hotel at 12:20 AM and explain what we were told. The guy at the front desk who claimed to be a manager said he wished we had come earlier because the hotel was overwhelmed and they didn’t have a room for me. When I said I was told earlier that I would have a room when I got here, the manager said the decision of the person I spoke to was overruled by a manager. When I asked why I didn’t get a phone call telling me that, he claimed to have not had my phone number. This guy didn’t offer to help in any way, and argued with me that a reservation doesn’t guarantee you a room. Isn’t that the point of a reservation? I get that it’s a busy weekend and we got to the hotel late, but if a customer does the right thing to call ahead and is told they will be good to go when they show up, a manager should not be able to overrule that. We had to drive 45 minutes to find a hotel with a room. By far my worst hotel experience.

Stayed for a quick 2 nights, but was quite content of the hospitality of the front desk personnel. All were very pleasant and made of habit of knowing your name and greeting you by name each time they saw you. Hotel was immaculately clean, including the room and the surrounding area. It was such a short stay didn’t get a chance to indulge in any of the other amenities. But will definitely stay again if and when I come back to Philly.
