I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service at a hotel reception. The young woman working there was extremely rude, angry, and clearly annoyed by everything around her. She constantly sighed, made unnecessary comments, and was visibly irritated — especially by children. My kids are only five years old, and while they were talking (maybe a bit loudly, as kids do), they were not screaming or misbehaving. It was the middle of the day, not late at night, but she kept telling them to be quiet as if we were in a library, not a family hotel.
It got even worse when she came to the pool area, where there were about 30 kids swimming, laughing, and having fun — like children should. She kept coming over to tell them to be quiet. How can you expect silence from 30 kids playing in a pool? That’s just not realistic or acceptable. To make things even more upsetting, she started filming my children without my permission — completely unacceptable.
Later, when we were simply waiting by the elevator, she actually came over again to tell us off and demanded silence. It was shocking and honestly ruined our whole experience. We felt like we weren’t allowed to talk, laugh, or simply enjoy our time there.
The hotel itself was clean and nice, but this staff member’s behavior was a huge disappointment. I really hope management takes this seriously because no one should feel this way during their stay.
