Mooi, licht en RUIM huis met GRATIS parkeren op straat

Gasten hebben toegang tot het hele huis! Er zijn 2 slaapkamers op de 2e verdieping met elk voldoende kastruimte. Op de 2e verdieping is een hal badkamer met een grote standaard in douche en prachtige marmeren wastafel. Ga naar beneden waar een enorme open woonkamer, eetkamer en keukencombinatie is. Heeft een koelkast, fornuis en magnetron bereik. Uit de keuken is de toegangsdeur naar een mooie ruime achtertuin met veel natuurlijk zonlicht. Meer ruimte nodig? De volledig afgewerkte kelder zou precies dat moeten doen! Met een neerklapbare bank / futonbed dat gemakkelijk een andere kamer kan zijn voor meer gasten. De kelder bevat ook de 1/2 badkamer. Wasmachine en droger is ook beschikbaar beneden in de kelder. 15 minuten van Center City, 10 minuten van Rittenhouse Square, 5 minuten van South st met veel lokale cafés, coffeeshops en eetgelegenheden rondom

Gasten hebben toegang tot gratis parkeren op straat. Maar het huis is gemakkelijk binnen bereik van de belangrijkste snelwegen en stadscentrum met het openbaar vervoer, wandelen, fietsen, Uber enz

De buurt:
Mijn buurt is een ZEER rustige woonwijk. South Philly is geen luxe bestemming maar heeft een rijke en diverse cultuur. Zorg ervoor dat u bekend bent met het gebied. Onze straat is erg veilig en ik heb veel tijd doorgebracht in het blok, waaronder veel gasten zonder problemen. Het is divers en heeft veel te bieden omdat het zich blijft ontwikkelen. Net als sommige van Philly, zijn er sommige delen die niet zo geweldig zijn, maar ik ben dol op het gebied waar ik ben. Het heeft een geweldig gemeenschapsgevoel en iedereen is zo beleefd. Beoordeel een boek niet op zijn omslag. Philly heeft geweldige attracties en cultuur. Er zijn zoveel bezienswaardigheden in de buurt zoals het Rittenhouse-plein en East Passyunk (dat is een topbestemming voor eten). Neem bij vragen contact met me op.

Er is gratis parkeren op straat recht tegenover het huis. Meestal parkeren is direct voor het huis, zo niet slechts een paar auto's naar beneden. Houd er rekening mee dat u op de stoep moet parkeren. Philly heeft smalle straten dankzij de geschiedenis en parkeren op de stoeprand maakt deel uit van de Philly-levensstijl.

Nice, clean apartment/condo

We enjoyed the decor and furnishings. The living room and kitchen were nicely appointed. It was helpful to have fans in the upstairs bedrooms along with the AC. We stayed during a heat wave and didn’t use the outside area at all. The downstairs laundry appliances were dated, but functional. The downstairs bathroom was under construction when we visited. The upstairs bathroom has a good-sized shower with shampoo, conditioner, etc. Parking was an issue; I think we only parked near the unit one time. We usually had to park at least a block away near a small park. This unit is in a row with several other apartments. Communication with the owner was very helpful, appreciated, and relatively quick. The surrounding area did have some pockets of trash. We saw a couple with a large trash bag going by one morning and cleaning up the area. My husband thanked them for their efforts.

Really great & affordable

I had a really pleasant stay here for my brother's graduation from college in the area. Parking was a hit or miss since it is street parking, but for 2 nights, it wasn't bad. The space sleeps 4 comfortably. It was clean, and the property host was very communicative and accommodating!

South Philly VRBO

Location— we felt that the original ad of the VRBO was misleading. The location was very far and not walkable to key South Philly locations- melrose diner etc. it was more in Point Breeze than South Philly. Cleanliness- the location did not feel clean, the sheets, towels etc. there were many things left over from previous guests. Additionally, there was a consistent gas smell close to the front door, like a gas leak. Overall, very disappointed with the VRBO, this was my first time using this service and probably won’t use it again.

It was a nice little house but

It was a nice little house but it didnt look exactly like the picture but for the most part it was a nice Super comfy spot, pretty clean for the most part,its perfect if you wanna a quick home away from home getaway!! I would say though The only problem is I feel like it should have a rooftop or something for the price of one night but all in all I Enjoyed My Stay Very Much!!

Decent place for 4 only, parking terrible.

It was a nice, really cute place to stay. Disqualifiers...the neighborhood was low quality, lots of trash all around. Parking was up on the sidewalk! Only sleeps 4 comfortably, not 7.

I was in town for my son's graduation from Penn. The place was lovely, exactly as in the photos. Beautiful new renovation, bright, super clean, easy parking, great location close to Center City and University City and very easy to get Lyfts/Ubers too. I recommend this place as a great value.

Great location in South Philly!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It was SO quiet. We did not expect that but it is on a very quiet one way street. Parking was easy and right in front of the condo. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We would stay here again! I highly recommend it.

The kitchen was missing a few items that might have been helpful, a grater and a 9x13 baking dish. But not a big problem. We also might have liked a coffee pot to brew our own coffee we brought along. But we were happy staying in this cheery place!

Beautiful, clean & a convenient quiet location

My husband, myself, my 16 year old son and 21 year old niece really enjoyed our stay in this house. We took a quick trip to celebrate our nieces 21st birthday and to show our son and niece around Philadelphia. The house is beautiful, clean and conveniently located. It was a 15 min drive anywhere we went and the parking space right across from the house was a plus. The outside sitting area in the back was very cute and being able to do a quick load of laundry was very helpful as well. Between the comfy beds, the bedding and the quietness of the block, we all slept like babies. It is nice to visit a busy city and not have to stay right in the middle of it or have to pay a fortune at a hotel.We went for dinner one night for her birthday and I cooked the other night we were there. I liked being able to have the option of eating in and spending quality time in the livingroom watching tv instead of going out both nights. That is a big reason I like to stay at a rental rather than a hotel sometimes. We are looking forward to staying at this house again in the near future..

Beautiful space in a convenient location.

The property was beautiful. We really enjoyed the back patio. The kitchen had all of the necessities. The property is a quick walk or drive from city center (we did both). We would definitely stay again!
