You will have private access to the entire upstairs unit (Unit B). The property can be accessed via the key inside the lockbox, located to the left of the sliding glass entrance. The lockbox code will be sent to you on the morning of your arrival.

Spring & early summer is magical here. Rock Creek — one of Montana's legendary blue-ribbon trout streams — is a short drive away and fishing season opens in mid-May. Georgetown Lake is thawing and beautiful. Wildflowers are blooming in the Flint Creek Range. And you'll have the trails, the Ghost Town, and the Sweet Palace almost entirely to yourself.

Philipsburg's historic Main Street is minutes away — grab a locally brewed craft beer at Philipsburg Brewing, try your luck at sapphire mining at Gem Mountain, or catch a show at the Opera House. Small town Montana at its most charming, without the summer crowds.

Your own vehicle is necessary for getting to the property and for exploring Philipsburg. There are no taxis or driving services available in the area. It is highly recommended that you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle in the winter months. Montana weather is unpredictable and the roads can become icy or covered in snow. The road to the triplex suite is regularly plowed.

The entire upstairs unit is yours for the duration of your stay. Two queen bedrooms, two private bathrooms, full kitchen, living area with sofa bed, and a deck with panoramic views of Philipsburg. (Note: two long-term tenant units occupy the ground floor — you won't interact with them during your stay.)
