'Home2 Suites op Wilcrest ligt redelijk central. Ontbijt kan echt iets meer aandacht aan besteed. Denk ook eens aan buitenlandse gasten. Yoghurt zonder iets erin. Koffie die te drinken is zou al helpen'

'Nice hotel'

'Staff was accommodating and helpful. Adequate breakfasts. Clean rooms but AC were extremely noisy. Neighborhood is okay, close to Chinatown and Little Saigon.'

'This hotel is an older property with some upgrades. It is in a great location close to westheimer, good value. Breakfast was lacking.'

'When I got there, I didn't know I had to pay $150.00 for a deposit. for damages. Also when I got back from my event there no parking, I had to circle the parking lot the said security guard said to check the basement no parking there and it was dark so I finally find one.'

'The frontdesk was not very accommodating, A change from the reserved room with king size bed and sleeper sofa to two queen beds would be am extra charge of 180 USD per night because the receptionist said "you booking is non refundable, so we have to charge you the other room for the full price and the booked room will not be refunded. What a stupid policy. '

'Superior staff friendliness and responsiveness. Rooms and facilities are well kept and up to date. Bar and restaurant on site Kroger is a short walk away. Some issues with tub and sink drains that were promptly resolved. Not perfect, but I would stay again. The people make it.'

'The bed sheets has stained on them that you can’t see with your naked eyes and if you use an ultraviolet light you could see how dirty and stained it is.'

'The place was clean and tidy, the AC was effective, and staff was friendly and helpful. However, the shower was lukewarm or even cold and the mattress wasn't very comfortable. '

'The staff was fantastic but the property was not good. We ran into roaches in the bathroom and the sink did not work in the kitchen. Ira was a great bang for your buck if you can look past things.'
