The room was spacious, water pressure on the 5th floor is impressive, breakfast was plentiful and common areas:dining is clean and comfortable. The views at night were wonderful as well. Had to reach out multiple times before finally securing it very late one night. No apologies or follow-up by staff regarding the issue. Several times the front desk was unmanned when we went by. Minimal parking, had to park on the street frequently.'
