'I stayed in hotal Five S for a few weeks in dec/jan 2026. Beautiful, well maintained building in a nice spot in Kampot (less than a dollar to the river by tuktuk). Friendly owner, efficient staff. Good breakfast in several variants in a nice garden-like environment with a small pool. 'Clean and modern, Kampot is so small almost anywhere is convenient. My only warning is a lack of power outlets near the desk. After changing rooms and providing an extension cord this was easily solved, but initially I was told to string a cord across the first room (right across the entrance), which would have also eliminated the solo outlet for the refrigerator. Glad they worked with me'

'This resort was located within 5 min with a tuktuk to restaurants while still being located in beatifull and peacefull surroundings. I stayed in one of their cheaper rooms with just a fan and this was more then enough for me but they do also have ac options. Possibly i missed a little fridge to cool drinks but overall this was way more then I expected for the price! Staff friendly, well english spoken and helpfull. I loved it here:)'

'The staff are all so nice and helpful! They helped me book a tour (which was so much fun, I learned a lot and had a blast) and book my bus going back to Siem Reap. It was seamless. They also helped me with my laundry even though I just gave it to them the day before I left so it was a little rushed. The restaurant staff are also so accommodating and nice. And the restaurant itself was just so airy and fresh. Thanks for a great stay!'
