Please allow me to make some highlights that could reflect things better.•On the first departure, you came back the same hour as you mentioned you forget something; you were accompanied while collecting the items in the safe. At the hotel, only designated department has a Master Code to access the safety box which means we are cautious enough leading to no loophole. •You, later on, let us know about the case during your second visit after travelling to other destinations for a couple days; there could have been a possibility that you might have lost somewhere else. Today, there are faster/easier ways of communications that you could advise us immediately so that we could support right away.•Our Security Team and the relevant departments, led by Senior Group Security Manager, did a thorough investigation noticing there is nothing suspicious. We, then and now, truly care about the welfare, security, happiness as well as the pleasurable moments of our guests and we treat everyone highly and responsibly. I could reassure that we offer and continue our best-of-the-best service quality for all of our guests/future guests from the bottom of our heart.
