  • Dit is een prachtig aangelegd huis met een eigen ingang voor de gasten. The Valley of the Sun heeft het hele jaar door zoveel leuke en opwindende evenementen. Ik noem er een paar: Barrett Jackson-autoshow, Phoenix Open, Art & Culinary Festivals in de vallei, Musea (architectuur, geschiedenis, kunst, wetenschap, Indiaans, muziek), Desert Botanical Gardens, twee verschillende dierentuinen en verschillende aquaria.

This is a beautiful place to stay! We have family about 3 miles away that we visit and will definitely be coming back. We absolutely love this little peaceful oasis!

Nice and cozy

Place was very clean and great. I few problems with bathtub and toilet but if those are fixed would definitely stay here again.

My Phoenix getaway

I traveled with my dog and after ma y hours in the car she loved being able to run around in the enclosed courtyard. Beautiful landscaping!

Great Place for a Solo Stay Over in Phoenix!

A great little guest suite in Phoenix. The room was clean with all necessary amenities. Easy to access and find, a very cute little property. Loved the little “guard dog” Oreo!

Nice spot. Clean and simple.

The good: The bed was comfortable. The unit was clean and quiet. The garden, though I spent no time in it, was lovely to walk through.The weird: This unit has no stove (this may have been mentioned in the description, but I didn't see it). While there is a hot plate the "kitchen" area is not ventilated, and has a smoke detector immediately above the counter, so cooking anything that might smoke is out. The key left for the door did not fit the lock's keyway. Fortunately, the door is also coded, and the property manager was quick to respond to me when I arrived and was unable to get in.Overall a good experience for the price.

I like to go barefoot and it was welcome pleasure to walk on clean floors, unlike most floors in motels. I would stay there again and would recommend it to friends and family.

Clean & quiet

It’s a bit dark inside but has a great patio. The owner gives good instructions on arrival, but no more communication over the next 4 days.

Very clean. Need more blankets. Bed comfortable. Tub does not drain. Need mat in bottom of tub for slip risk. Also an alarm clock would be nice. Overall was good. We would stay again.

Stay at Home Away

The property was beautiful and well groomed. Unfortunately the weather was a little chilly for Phoenix so we didn’t get to enjoy the patio, but the house was in a great location to make other choices. Cheers!

Room for improvement

Cons- the bed squeaks so much- it wakes you every time you roll over, there is a musty/moldy smell in the bathroom and the towels are crusty/ rough like sand paper, there is no hair dryer, the mat at the entrance is a fall hazard on the slick tile, the area reserved for visitor parking is invisible at night, the neighbors fight and cuss each other out every night. Pros- the space is clean, beautiful fountains with running water. Owners are kind with adorable puppy. Spacious area including bathroom, bedroom and small front room. Decor is beautiful.

Convenient Comfortable

Cozy, small but good for 2. Bed was a double and we slept ok, comfortable bed. Shower, bathroom was clean and good. Common area has chairs, desk, tv, WiFi. Also a coffee, small frig, microwave. Great shopping and restaurants in the area.

Very nice property manager

We had planned our stay on the same week that the President advised everyone not to travel because of Corona virus. I was in the at-risk group so we cancelled. The property manager, very sweetly, refunded our money. That says a lot about her character. Since she was so considerate, we considered everything as a 5 star.

Cute and Quaint

This a delightful property in a great location with a pleasant ambiance. Susanna is discreet and very easy to work with. The bed is super comfortable and I loved all the antique touches in the decor. Good water and comfy living area. Very peaceful and quiet. Thank you Susanna! I was very pleased with my stay.

The property was rented for my mother while being seen for a medical procedure. The location was great and she was very happy with her stay.

Cozy. Bed comfortable. But bathroom was not clean. Hair in shower and on vanity and in the sink. Had to wipe it down myself.

Just what we needed !

This apartment met our expectations based on the images and descriptions on VRBO. We were also pleased that we were within a 15 minute drive to the Phoenix Mayo Clinic which was where we had an appointment. Susanna was a great host!
