KITCHEN - is equipped with a slow cooker, Dutch oven, coffee maker, French press, coffee grinder, stand-up mixer, juicer, instant pot/air fryer, waffle maker, toaster, electric kettle, popcorn maker w/salts, and kernels, providing all the necessary utensils and appliances for any meal you might want to make.

Enjoy meals with your family at the communal dining table that seats four, along with a long bench that can accommodate up to six people. Alternatively, you can also opt to dine at the granite island, which has additional seating for four.

PRIMARY BEDROOM - There is a king bed in the primary bedroom with two large luggage racks and built-in storage. The on-suite bathroom in the primary room features a spacious standup shower and sink with automatic lights that make it easy to see at night.

SPARE BEDROOM - There are two spare rooms that have comfortable queen beds. Each room is fitted with brand-new Samsung smart TVs that provide access to a variety of different streaming apps. You can use the built-in closets with hangers to store your belongings, and each room has ceiling fans installed to keep you cool. Additionally, small portable fans are provided to generate white noise at night for better sleep.

You'll be sharing the spare bathroom with other guests. The bathroom is equipped with a deep soaking tub with a shower and a spacious sink for your convenience.

BACKYARD - You'll have access to a brand-new pebble pool that can be heated if desired, with a changeable LED light. Outdoor TV to watch sports games while either in the pool or hot tub. The pool has a depth of 8ft at the deep end and 4ft at the shallow end. There are 4 pool loungers and two Adirondack chairs for you to relax in. You can also dine al fresco at the six-person outdoor dining table. For your relaxation, there is a brand-new Bueno Jersey spa with 46 massage jets that can seat 5-7 people comfortably. We have also just added a four person almost heaven sauna. A fire pit with six chairs is perfect for cozy nights outdoors. Finally, you can cook up a delicious meal on the brand-new Weber grill that comes with grilling utensils.

GARAGE - The garage features a Samsung mini-split air conditioner, along with a 65" LG TV for streaming. Guests can enjoy working out and playing ping pong in a cool environment, with a Peloton account already logged in providing hundreds of strength classes, HIT, yoga, meditation, stretching, and foam rolling. The garage also includes two 5-25lb free weights, foam rollers, and two large yoga mats, along with a professional-sized ping pong table and paddles that can fold up for convenience.
