Guest access
Guests will have full private access to the entire home and property during their stay, including all indoor living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, pool, backyard, covered patio, outdoor fitness area, outdoor shower, and recreation areas.

Enjoy complete access to the expansive backyard oasis featuring the private pool, pool basketball, lush turf, fire pit, outdoor dining and lounge spaces, yoga mats, exercise equipment, and outdoor games.

Self check-in is available for a seamless arrival experience, and you’ll have the entire property to yourself—no shared spaces.

Need a little extra flexibility? Early check-in and late check-out may be available for $25 per hour, subject to availability. Please reach out before your stay to coordinate.

Please note that any locked owner storage areas are not accessible to guests.

Other things to note
• The home is located in a quiet residential community. We kindly ask guests to be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours of 10pm-7am during their stay.

• The home is professionally cleaned and inspected prior to each guest’s arrival to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

• No smoking of any kind is permitted on property, inside or out. Guests who smoke in or on our property will incur an additional cleaning and odor-remediation fee of $1500, and will be required to vacate the property without receiving a refund.

• Please do not adjust, turn off, or modify the pool equipment or pool pump settings. The system is professionally programmed and monitored to keep the pool clean, safe, and operating properly.

• If you use the backyard lighting during your stay, we kindly ask that you turn the lights off before heading inside for the evening or when leaving the property.

• Looking for some friendly competition? You’ll find a storage box in the side yard stocked with outdoor games for guests to enjoy. Please return all games to the storage box after use so they’re ready for the next guests.

• The Pit Boss grill is available for guest use and is perfect for everything from burgers and steaks to low-and-slow BBQ. Instructions provided.
