This nearly 5700 sq.ft, four-bedroom, five-bathroom home offers jaw-dropping, private, panoramic views of Camelback and Mummy Mountain along with features and amenities that will be appreciated by guests of all ages. Whether you are looking to sit by the pool, play a friendly game of can-jam or bocce ball, practice your putts on the putting green, relax in the courtyard to the sound of the fountains, or enjoy a meal outside, the many outdoor areas will help set the scene. Inside you will find all that you need to feel right at home. There is ample space to gather, whether in one of the two living rooms, the great room with a pool table, the casual dining table that seats eight or the formal dining table that seats six. Each bedroom has its own ensuite and TV, with the primary bedroom equipped with a drop-down projector. Plus, the home gym and office will ensure you do not miss a beat. The location is just as impressive as the home is surrounded by some of the best golf courses, spas, and hiking trails. Walk through the magical entryway trellis and into your stay at this tropical desert estate!

Home Rules
Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.

We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.
