This hotel appears to be housing homeless people so it is run down. Some corridors smell more than others. The HVAC is not balances so howling sounds of air being sucked through the door undercuts is prevalent. The pool has been closed for almost two years for lack of upkeep. My clothes smell like smoke now just from being there. It was nice to have the kitchen & extra living room space but unfortunately, we would not recommend this place.

I highly advise you find somewhere else to stay. Traveling for work has brought me to some very nasty hotels, but this is the first hotel that i’ve ever canceled after one night. Bugs in the room, utensils with food residue, stained pillows, closed pool, “free breakfast” consisting of JUST oatmeal packets, etc. It was disgusting. I paid more for this hotel than i did for the beautiful Air BNB that I decided to stay in after. The staff was very nice though, dealing with my issues and giving me a refund. But the staff themselves stated how many of the cleaning staff didn't show up for work the one night i spent there. So that should tell you enough about how the place is treated. I mean this in this nicest way possible, this hotel would provide more to the customers by tearing down and becoming a parking lot for the hotel next door.

Unfortunately, the lamp in my room did not work, the bathroom door was damaged, and a cut in the counter facing ripped my shorts when I accidentally brushed against it. Someone left trash (stinky food waste) in the stairwell and it remained there for at least two days. I hardly saw the staff and had to call out to check in when I arrived. The other residents didn't seem friendly and often talked loudly in the hallway. The property is conveniently located, though, among lots of good restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and hospitals. With a little TLC, it could be a gem; unfortunately, that care wasn't put in before my arrival.

Will not use extended stay again. Room was both shabby and dirty- carpet stains, German roaches, dirty shower curtain. Hallways smelled of weed and cigarettes. No luggage cart or help available. Sorry that I cannot recommend- maybe pay a bit extra for a better place.

Upon arrival and checking in to the hotel, all look great and clean until we saw a notice at the door that just made us worry about the safety of our stay. The notice warned us to be aware of our surroundings, don’t open door to anyone strangers, don’t come home too late or flash your money or jewelry, call police if you feel unsafe, etc. and so on and so on, this was very alarming to read, we then read the reviews which I forgot to do before booking and some people experienced bed bugs and cockroaches! Luckily we didn’t notice that part but we were very hesitant to sleep on the bed on the first night. The outside and surroundings did look sketchy as we notice no kids checked in and people outside were drinking beer, they could be homeless, who knows. We made an effort to not come back late at night and parked the car as close to the lobby as possible. The first night was ok but on the second night, the neighbors next door or nearby were blasting their music at 2-3am in the morning. The bass traveled through the walls for a couple of hoursIt, so upsetting that we wanted to leave that night. Knowing that staff won’t be at lobby anyways or fear of calling the cops to make things worse, we just dealt with it. It was a 3 night stay but we packed up the next day and checked out. Will definitely be reading the reviews after this experience, and not to say all reviews are bad but a cardinal rule I won’t be breaking again.

We were greeted with a repugnant odor when we turned on the AC. The bathroom tub had signs of mold or rust. On the 1st day a small roach crawled on the sofa. A larger coach appeared in one of the drawers. I checked the sink and kitchenette drawers where I found multiple dead coaches.

The place is reasonably clean, quiet, safe, economical, and off the beaten path just a bit. It is conveniently near St. Joseph's Hospital and less expensive than the other nearby hotels. The tub in 322 was only usable as a shower, and the exhaust fan did not work, however that was sufficient for my short stay.

Multiple roaches, broken fixtures, dirty tub, hotel general condition poor. Stinky halls, doors with large gapse under them where passers by could easly put cameras under. Doors close with no guard over locking mechanism allowing for easy picking without room key card. Alot of modern looking accessories in the room but came accross as lipstick on a pig. Sloped floors causing slip/trip hazard in bathroom. The list goes on and on.

I killed 2 tiny roaches in the kitchen area within 10 minutes of us getting there. The fold out bed was full of dirt when we unfolded it. The hallway smelled like cat litter/pet urine (the room next to us had a "pet inside" sticker on door) There was people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. It was 4 walls with something to sleep on so it worked for us for one night. Alarms were going off due to people using emergency exits and dogs kept barking.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. GROSS. ROACH INFESTED. ROOMS ARE FALLING APART. Not to sound like an angry customer. The hotel was actually horrible. Stains on the walls sprinkler system was falling apart. Actual roaches were everywhere. Staff knew how gross it was. They did move me to a different room. The room they moved me to was worst than the first one. It was pet friendly. However, the stench of feces and urine were caked into the walls. No actual upkeep. Nastiest place I have had the displeasure of walking into.

You had to beg for silverware and plates and even dish soap kitchen towels and paper towels the tub was SLIMY. The carpets wete stained. The neighborhood was sketchy. The guy who was the night clerk was stoned. There was a whole in the wall. The cable had to be jiggled for the TV to work and " breakfast" was oatmeal packets and coffee.

Don’t stay here
This place is terrible, especially for the price (ie it’s not priced as a clear “budget” option). There are roaches in the rooms, both alive and dead. The appliances are old and stained, and despite it being an extended stay, you have to request kitchen tools (ie dishes and utensils) to equip the kitchenette. And plot twist - I stayed there for 5 days and every morning when I called, the staff stated that no kitchen tools/packages available. The furniture was visibly damaged (ie stained and/ripped). I asked for house keeping and this was NOT provided (apparently you can only get a room cleaning if you stay here >1 week, which was not apparent prior to booking this hotel). Lastly, there are safety concerns. I wanted to use the workout room on my first morning there and there was an unhoused man sleeping in there, much to my surprise. Again. Do NOT stay here.

The property was pretty run down. As I was checking in another guest dropped his bathroom door in the lobby and said it fell off. I had a smoke-free room but when I got to my room it smelled strongly of smoke and had what looked like multiple cigarette burns. I asked for a different room and I was told they would look and get back to me. Never heard back.

The location is excellent. The outside looks good. But don’t be deceived. The inside is dirty, outdated and the amenities non-existent. There was never a “ breakfast” of any sort offered. The coffee service consisted of packs of tasters choice and hot water. No hair dryer. No ice. No water unless you want to pay 2.50 for a very small bottle. There is a notice you can ask for a coffee maker, plates etc but they didn’t actually have any. Basically a very expensive beat up room the size of a closet for an exorbitant price.
