Fantastische locatie, Gezinsvriendelijk, geweldige keuken / eetkamer!

Een van een soort eigendom! Dit huis heeft het allemaal voor mama, papa, de kinderen plus de grootouders. Dit grote split-level plan met 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers met extra groot terras, in de winter verwarmd en koel in het zoutwaterzwembad in de zomer en putting green, ligt op slechts enkele minuten van Peoria Sports Stadium en Cardinals Stadium, winkels en restaurants. maar nog steeds met het oog op de prachtige bergen van het noorden van Peoria en woestijnwild, zoals kwartel families, katoenen staartkonijnen en grote konijnen. Dit huis, met zijn 16 'plafonds en heldere zonnige ramen, is mooi ingericht en heeft uitgebreid keukengerei en zacht beddengoed en beddengoed - echt een thuis weg van huis!

• Huisindeling. The property was very spacious in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Which is a plus when you are eith family. The communication with the owner was seamless and they were extremely helpful and quick to respond. The cherry on top was the sakt water pool. Just the right size, especially with lottle ones. Also an area to relax and grill. Definitely recommend.

Welcoming and Comfortable Home

My wife and I were visiting Phoenix for a family wedding. A niece, her husband, and 3 small children from Sedona stayed for a couple of nights with us. The home was very comfortable with enough bedrooms and bathrooms. We cooked most breakfasts and some dinners at the house. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. One amazing extra that is not listed on the VRBO description is that the patio/pool area has a misting system. It really helps cool the area and we were able to enjoy the outdoors even in the 100 degree heat. We had a very nice stay in a quiet and secluded neighborhood. Most shops and grocery stores are within a couple of miles. There is a great local restaurant for breakfast/lunch 1/2 mile from the house.

We had a wonderful time as we gathered for a graduation. The home was close to our family there and the layout was perfect for our family. We had high hopes for this property but it was just an "ok" experience. It needs some TLC, there was a dirty washrag and sock under the bed in double twin room. Barstool with black tape fixing it. Don't use the dryer while you are home because that is all you will hear is creak creak creak, and that is after you spend 20 minutes trying to get it to start (yes we held down the start button). The stove front left burner is backwards so be careful if cooking with that burner low is high and high is low, bathroom light was burned out upon our arrival....The pool was a nightmare for us, first day it had algae growing on the sides, so contacted owner, with pics (we shocked it as directed) pool tech was supposedly there on Saturday but the pool wasn't cleaned by any means if they were there. I personally spent an hour scrubbing the sides of the pool with a pool brush that was taped together, and no vacuum or any way to get the filth off the bottom, it was like a dust bowl on the bottom when you brushed it. Bottom line is while all of this was "ok" and if that is what you are looking for then this will be your place, if not then proceed with caution.

Great House for Many Reasons

This is an excellent property. Very comfortable and accommodating. Ideal for multiple family members. Large living room and open to kitchen area. Three full bathrooms.Heated pool, putting green, and larger lot make the outdoors very inviting. Convenient location, about 35 minutes from airport and 45 minutes to the farthest spring training complex. 10 minutes from Peoria stadium. And the property host was wonderful to work with. She responded timely and answered any questions I had. She provided clear & detailed check in and check out procedures. All these details made for a very fun and stress free stay. Would definitely recommend this property.

Awesome vacation!!

Loved the house we rented in Peoria. Quiet neighborhood. Close to numerous stores and restaurants. Had unseasonably warm temps and used the pool 27 of 30 days. Many things to see and do in Phoenix area - mostly within 30 minutes of this location. Comfortable beds, popcorn machine, great outdoor patio, nice grill, 2 bicycles, and more. Karen got back on all texts within minutes, and usually seconds. Would definitely stay here again, and likely will!!!

Family Vacation

This was our first family vacation together in close to ten years. We decided to plan a trip together to create memories instead of exchanging gifts for Christmas this year- I think this will be our new annual tradition. We had an amazing time and the home was so spacious and accommodating- the host has done such a great job of making everything g available and taking care of even the smallest of details. 40th Birthday Stay

We booked the Daley house for a week long celebration stay with my wife and kids for my wife's 40th birthday. Everything was perfect. The house was clean, the check in was seamless, neighborhood was very quiet. The pool was excellent and the private space was just awesome. Thank you so much for the stay!

Great house for our large family!

We stayed to visit and reunite with family that live in AZ who we hadn't seen in 10-15 years. The house was just as described and the beds were extremely comfortable! It was a nice layout for our family of seven and we still had space for my aunts/uncles and cousins that live in AZ to visit with us during the day. When you walk in the front entrance, you are in the living room area. There are two wings to the house - the one to the left has the master bedroom with enormous bathroom. There were also two other bedrooms along with a full bathroom - perfect for our four girls. From the living room, if you go right, there is the laundry room, kitchen/dining room and another hallway with another bedroom and 3/4 bathroom - this was a great option for our teen son to have some space of his own. We appreciated the garage and that there are walkouts to the backyard patio and pool area from each area/wing of the house. The covered patio was perfect for morning coffee and our girls were in the pool for hours every single day we were at the house. The popcorn maker and karaoke machine were also huge hits with the whole family. The kids also loved the putting area in the back. Karen was very responsive to our questions and needs. There were a few minor things (e.g. a kitchen cupboard that won't stay shut, no fans in the bathrooms for shower steam and a non-working can opener - our family from AZ brought us one to use) but overall this was a fantastic place for our large family to stay!

Best amenities ever

The house has so many amenities that make staying there a delight - from ping pong, a putting green, corn hole and, my favorite, a popcorn machine. In addition, the pool is absolutely wonderful - cool enough to be in on a sweltering day. Both the outside and inside seating easily & comfortably accommodate a large group. Convenience stores are close & places to visit are easy enough to get to.

Weekend golf trip

This place was amazing! The pool and putting trip were perfect for a guys golf trip. The location is ideal and the house has plenty of room so you can spread out. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Wonderful House for Multiple Generations

We had a wonderful week-long family get-together in this beautiful house. There were 8 of us... our family of 4 plus my sister and her husband and the grandparents. The house has a nice layout, with one bedroom a bit separated from the others. This was perfect for the grandparents to have their own "wing." The owner provided everything you could wish for. Besides the fun games and karaoke machine, there were also towels, pool towels, hand soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, plenty of rolls of toilet paper, and paper towels. Our "boys" (24 & 18) decided to sleep in the living room one night, so we put their sheets on the big couch. They had plenty of room and said it was very comfortable. We had the chance to meet Karen, and she was very friendly and professional. We would definitely recommend this beautiful house.

Family time

My family took this trip because one of my daughters had a work conference in Phoenix during the time two of my grandchildren were celebrating birthdays. The heat was intense, but we spent our days in and around the pool.
