Geweldige GLOEDNIEUWE vakantiewoning in Noord-Scottsdale, dicht bij TPC golfbaan (thuisbasis van het afvalbeheer Open), Barrett Jackson, Westworld, Scottsdale Airport, Spring Training en restaurants en winkels van wereldklasse. Volledige high-end renovatie zojuist voltooid in 2018. Alle bedden, meubels, beddengoed en handdoeken zijn nieuw. Backyard is een entertainer-paradijs met een duikbad, een gloednieuw 7-persoons bubbelbad met Bluetooth-speakers, een vuurtafel, veel zitplaatsen en speelruimte.

Volledig ingerichte keuken met gloednieuwe apparatuur, potten en pannen, servies en bestek heeft alles wat nodig is om gastronomische maaltijden te bereiden.

De badkamers zijn gevuld met een selectie van high-end shampoos, conditioners en bodywash.

Er zijn veel zachte bad- en zwembadhanddoeken aanwezig.

Hoogwaardig beddengoed is aanwezig op alle nieuwe Tuft & Needle-matrassen. 4 kussens op elk bed met 2 extra's in elke kast. Stevige en zachte opties beschikbaar om ieders comfort te garanderen.

Hoge snelheid WIFI-toegang door het hele gebouw.

Elke slaapkamer heeft een nieuwe Samsung smart-tv.

Spelkamer, familiekamer en patio hebben allemaal Samsung smart-tv's met premium kabel inclusief filmkanalen. NFL Red Zone op kanaal 1299 voor alle voetbalfans !!!

Er is een kast vol met spelletjes en lego's om kinderen urenlang te laten genieten terwijl je geniet van je vakantie. Logboeken van Lincoln, actiefiguren en boeken in de kinderkamer.

Zwembadverwarming is gratis inbegrepen van maart tot oktober. Van november tot februari is de zwembadverwarming optioneel voor een extra toeslag van USD 50 per dag. Hot tub is altijd warm zonder extra kosten.

Het zwembad heeft een afneembaar zwembad hek dat we graag plaatsen voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen en we zijn blij om het te verwijderen voor volwassenen die liever genieten van de achtertuin zonder belemmering.

Nieuwe gasbarbecuegrill (propaan is altijd gratis inbegrepen !!), vuurtafel, cornhole boards en zwembad basketbalring zijn in de achtertuin voor uw plezier. Kom onze gloednieuwe, zojuist toegevoegde werf Jenga eens uitproberen voor nog meer plezier !!!

De keuken is gevuld met een verscheidenheid aan K-cups, suiker, zoetstof en creamers.
Wij bieden een verscheidenheid aan kruiden en specerijen, veel afwasmiddel, wasmiddel, toiletpapier en vuilniszakken, zodat u geen basisbenodigdheden hoeft te kopen om gewoon van uw vakantie te genieten.

We hebben ook op verzoek 2 nieuwe dubbele luchtbedden beschikbaar.

Het beste van alles is dat we de eigenaren zijn en dat we LOKAAL zijn. We inspecteren de accommodatie persoonlijk vóór elke gast om ervoor te zorgen dat deze wordt gereinigd en klaargemaakt volgens onze hoge normen. Heeft u een vraag over het werken met de tv? We kunnen langskomen en je laten zien. Lager op propaan in de grill? We kunnen de tank snel uitwisselen. We zijn slechts een telefoontje of sms tijdens uw verblijf.

This was my family's third stay at this wonderful property and it definitely wont be our last. We absolutely love the pool and all the fun games the house has! Victoria is the BEST host! We had a problem with the grill so I messaged her about it and we had a brand new grill by the time I woke up from my nap. Thank you so much for being such a great host! Perfect for our spring break!

We traveled here with friends and enjoyed this property. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing. The kids loved the lawn games and the basketball hoop in the pool. it was so great to have towels for the pool provided as well as a lot of other amenities. Enjoy the game room and slept comfortably. Perfect location!

We had a group coming in for the Waste Management Open and this house was perfect for the group. We loved the amenities and especially thought the host did a fantastic job on all the little additions offered (coffee pods, nice assortment of spices and oils, shampoos and conditioners). The fun backyard has everything you need - bring the kids for sure!

We're locals that needed a place to stay while we had some work done to our home - the kids were on fall break, and are very high energy. Between the heated pool and the indoor games, they went to bed tired every night. This place is amazing. It is the nicest, most appointed vrbo that I have rented. The manager of this rental thinks of everything. there were all kinds of board games, a chess table, foos ball, and air hockey. Pool tools to keep the kids happy and towels for all. We felt very comfortable. I highly recommend this rental.

Turn key fun with a Great backyard

Staying here was pushing the Easy Button! 3 generations with tweenage kids and a dog, and all had a great time. The home is stocked to show up, which was great as some of us drove some flew. They had beach towels, toys, board games, sunscreen, shampoo/conditioner, extra spices, tin foil, etc. and combined with the welcome treats for people and dogs, we walked right in to our vacation week. Good space to spread out, and the basketball hoop and diving rock at the pool are awesome. Ate outside at the fire table most nights (but didn’t use the fire pit) and lounged in the shade on outdoor couch when it got mid-day hot. Only downside was noise from the road, but did forget about it with all the other activities. We are an outside family and would have liked to be able to walk to more parks and restaurants, but overall location is great for access to highways and there are plenty of nearby grocery/restaurant options. Thanks for a fun time!

We enjoyed our stay. Bedrooms are spacious and arranged well. We were not blessed woth the most ideal weather so we didn’t get to use anything outside, but it looked amazing. Excellent stay!

I would not hesitate to book this place! We've stayed at many short term rentals and this was by far the cleanest. Owners went above and beyond to make this a great stay. We were in town for a baby moon and this was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the pool. The pool and backyard are great. The house does back up to a busy road but is still very private and with some music playing the road noise was not a problem at all.
