Best VRBO EVER!
This property is absolutely IMMACULATE! From the moment we stepped into this gorgeous home we knew it was going to be a fantastic vacation. The pictures do not do this property justice whatsoever! It is more beautiful in person than we could have ever imagined! The owner Tonya is incredibly kind and she will bend over backwards to make sure your every need is met. She is so thoughtful and responds almost immediately if you have a question or need. Not only is this home beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable, but it was also perfectly spotless. I cannot think of a single thing we needed that the home did not provide or that Tonya would not have jumped and gotten for us. Honestly we came for the destination of Arizona, but this house was the real destination favorite for all of us! We barely wanted to leave! The quiet neighborhood felt very private and safe. We loved the sparkling infinity pool overlooking the lake, the pontoon boat, the kayaks, and paddle boards. From our toddler to our teens and our elderly parent everyone enjoyed this VRBO. We ALL cannot wait to come back! If you have the opportunity to rent this lovely home do not hesitate! I guarantee you it’ll be the best decision for your vacation! Thank you Tonya! Attention to Details
This is the first VRBO that we have stayed at that was more than ready with all the extras! From having a case of bottled water, organic milk, and orange juice to Easter Baskets for our grandkids. Such a super special time for our family. The extra play toys were a hit and boat was an added bonus. Love the gated community and safety that we felt being there. Top of the line appliances and beautifully decorated home. We so appreciated the care and thought that the owners put into this home. Would highly reccommend.

Amazing resort-like house, fun for the whole family!
We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was top notch. The pool, hot tub, and boat were such fun - it's like staying at your own resort! The check-in process and communication with property manager were seamless, and the house is very well maintained, clean and comfortable. They even stocked a number of items in the kitchen pantry for us so we had snacks and breakfast ready to go. We plan on staying here again next time we're in the area. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for an amazing house in a great location!

Amazing waterfront vacation rental!
Immaculately clean and comfortable home. Multiple amenities available to use (kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets, pool toys, bikes and helmets and more). Safe gated community. Pontoon boat, pool and hot tub were amazing. Very well stocked kitchen with tons of extras you don't usually find in a vacation rental home! Hosts were great!

AMAZING PROPERTY
The property was IMMACULATE, EXTREMELY WELL STOCKED and the owner even bought a huge tray of eggs, Prosecco, fresh Muffins etc etc etc. The list of items in the pantry is ENDLESS. My family and I travel quite often and we do rent properties on VRBO, however, I have never seen a property like this one The level of attention requires 10 stars and not 5... Mindy is an amazing hostess and she was there for us at every step of the way. If ANYONE is interested in renting this property please do it with your eyes closed. The property is extremely well maintained. They provide plenty of towels, the kitchen is well stocked, and there was a variety of outdoor equipment. We could not have found a better place for our annual family Super Bowl week. Mindy is divine - always responsive, very organized and beyond pleasant!

Beautiful Home on Val Vista Lake
We enjoyed our trip to Gilbert in this beautiful and relaxing home on Val Vista Lake. It’s fully equipped with so many extra amenities. I can’t think of anything they’ve left out. We enjoyed the heated pool and spa during the cold weather in January and had fun cruising the lake on the boat.! A special thank you to Mindy for her excellent communication! She was a lovely host and made our stay so special. This home truly deserves five stars and we hope to stay here again sometime!

Exciting! Starting and ending with our host Mindy. A perfect Christmas Holiday Vacation. Plenty of things to do. The pool, hot tub, boat cruises, games, movies, air hockey and the neighborhood & park walks, all enjoyable. The teens stayed off their phones for 5 full days. The property absolutely amazing. Thank you for your wonderful review and feedback. We have replaced the chair and counter stools you were talking about. We pride ourselves on our high end furniture like Horchow, Bernhardt, Hooker, Frontgate, and Michael Amini. Most of our furniture is leather for cleanliness and comfort. Our decorations are mostly from Zgallerie which were purchased within the last 2 years. Our sheets are luxury bamboo purchased from Cariloha for comfort and antibacterial. Every year we close our home for 1 1/2 months to do updates. This past year we installed new large 4K TV's, and we had wood flooring put in all of the bedrooms. The main bathroom was updated. Also, we installed all new appliances in the kitchen and laundry room. Additionally, we purchased two outdoor day beds near the pool. Thank you for staying with us. We hope to host you again in the future.

REALLY PERFECT!
This is an awesome property and we can’t wait to return! Very well appointed and generous with their recreational options! Our party was a reunion with 6 adults and the layout of the house was perfect for offering space for us to all be together and apart. We actually didn’t leave the house all week except to run a few errands. We look forward to returning. This property feels like a gem in the desert. We would have wished for a later checkout. 10a seems early but in fairness, I didn’t request a later checkout and the hostess is very accommodating so I would imaging we could have made an arrangement if her schedule allowed. This property receives all the stars and that is unanimous from our group.

Arizona Paradise
We had an amazing stay at this home. It truly is an Arizona Paradise. Our two families traveled together and it was the best base camp for spring break, spring training, relaxing by the pool, family movie nights and floating around the community on the pontoon boat. The home was clean, well stocked and the beds were comfortable. So comfortable in fact, we asked for the brand and model number so we can upgrade our bed at home. The only bad thing about the home is that we begrudgingly had to leave. We can't say enough about our stay and want to come back as soon as possible. Mindy was an amazing host and has gone way above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

Loved this place. Very well appointed. Beds very comfortable. Safe, secure location. Lovely pool and hot tub. Use of the electric pontoon boat was a plus. It was fun to take an evening cruise and check out all the neighborhood dogs and water- fowl. Got great use of the bikes as there is a very nice trail system near by. Mindy was an awesome host!

Fun week
Spent a week at this VRBO. Enjoyed the pontoon boat, pool, kayaks and bikes. There is a beautiful preserve with lots of trails nearby called Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch that you can walk to or ride bikes to. As a bonus, we needed a pet sitter for the week as the property does not allow pets and Mindy was available and graciously offered to watch our dog and treated him like a member of her family. I know he had a wonderful time as well! Thank you again!

An Amazing Vacation
It was our first time to Arizona and it was so relaxing and enjoyable. And a huge amount of our enjoyment came to staying at this house and having Mindy as our hostess. The house was everything we expected plus some. It was clean, well stocked, beds were comfortable, AC worked great, loved having access to the laundry room our kiddos learned how to ride two wheeler bikes there with the bikes provided. The kayaking was a blast. However, Mindy made our stay there just so much better. She took care of us 110%. She definitely went above and beyond our expectations and checked in with us periodically to make sure everything was tip top. Her communication was great and her level of quality and service was superb. The house was beautiful and the pontoon was a delight to rent. The pool was super fun and the whole family had a grand time. Memories were made and a relaxing vacation was had. Thank you Mindy for letting us use your wonderful house and making our stay in Arizona so perfect.

Amazing Stay!
Beautiful home inside and out! Well kept and clean…we didn’t want to leave! From start to finish, Mindy was so welcoming and always available if needed. Her attention to detail was so appreciated. She was so generous to provide welcoming treats/surprises for us as well. We enjoyed relaxing out in the amazing backyard, swimming, kayaking, grilling, and going out on the pontoon boat! The air hockey, keyboard, chess and projector kept our boys busy on the inside. And this house was so close to everything - perfect location! From start to finish our trip was amazing. Mindy is wonderful to work with. So many extra little surprises. We had such a relaxing time. The boat was our best friend. Search no more....just book this house!
Like many other reviewers, I simply can't say enough about Mindy. She is easily the best property manager we have worked with VRBO or otherwise. She's went above and beyond from booking to after we returned home. Her thoughtfulness to our needs and availability was awesome. As for the house, it was beautiful, impeccably maintained, and in a great location! Make sure to rent the boat as we enjoyed multiple cruises at all times of day. Wet a fishing line as we caught fish right from the bank and boat. Groceries stores, restaurants, Top Golf, Spring Training, and great golf courses are all nearby and easy to get to. We had a blast and will definitely be back! Look no further and rent this amazing house!

The perfect vacation spot for fun and relaxation
This is the most relaxed we have all been in a long time. The house had everything we needed, even traveling with 3 children. The host was even so sweet to set up the baby’s bed for us when we arrived. We didn’t have to leave the house if we didn’t want to. We all swam, enjoyed the boat, bikes, the grill and just the beautiful view. It was THE PERFECT vacation spot. Close to downtown Gilbert to enjoy the good food too. Short trip to Scottsdale one of our other favorite stops. Thanks for a great vacation!

AZ Paradise
First time I’ve ever wished I could give more than 5 stars for a home away from home. Leaving Mindy 5 stars for her communication and attention to detail just doesn’t feel like enough. We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s in the past and have never had the attentiveness that Mindy offers her guests. The house was perfect. It’s immaculate (our first trip since Covid, that was very important!), spacious, beautifully decorated, well stocked and very comfortable. The outdoor space feels like you’re in a tropical location, not the dessert! We took advantage of all It had to offer. Movie night on the large projector, biked to get ice cream, fished off the dock, took the pontoon for day and (my favorite) night rides, kayaked on the lake, bbq’d steak and of course, swam... a lot! The back yard offers a good amount of both sun and shade throughout the day. Definitely hope to stay here again!

Exceptional spot for a winter getaway
Our family took a quick holiday trip after Christmas for some warmer weather. This outstanding property was the perfect place. From the warm welcome by Mindy, the property manager, to the little touches in this lovely home, our trip could not have been more special. The pool was warm and our daughters spent hours swimming and sunning in the beautiful back yard. We cruised on the pontoon two afternoons and into the evening and toasted in the New Year with bubbles courtesy of our host. The home is stunningly decorated yet family friendly. Mindy was always quick to respond to questions and made our stay perfect. Gilbert is a great spot for launching off on great day trips for hiking nearby. Overall, I cannot say enough about this wonderful home and we will be coming back again soon.

Thank you, Mindy for being an excellent host. The property is perfect, with enough space to be apart but the perfect spaces to be together. We loved the pool, playing chess, boating and dining outdoors. The perfect place for two couples, and four kids to share bedrooms

Fantastic Property and Host
Mindy was a fantastic host who started our stay off perfectly. The property was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. The pool was awesome and outdoor area was perfect for meals and watching the sunset each evening. Kitchen was well stocked, enough so even to host Thanksgiving. Each of the bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. My wife loved all the throw blankets that kept her warm and comfortable and the great room was perfect for entertaining. We also took the pontoon out for 3 of the days which was a big hit with the family. Highly recommended property and would stay again for sure.

Amazing rental
With covid and lack of safe options to celebrate my father in laws 60th birthday we turned to vrbo. This property came up on one of my random searches and we fell in love right away and booked it. Upon arrival Tanya made everything so easy and did a walk thru with us. She even spoiled us with some snacks and mimosas and a cute sign for my father in laws birthday. This was the perfect place to celebrate with our family and the view was incredible to look at while enjoying morning coffee. I would definitely stay here again. We also ate at Casanova brothers pizza so if you choose this location try this pizza place 5 minutes away. Some of the best we've ever had. Overall, couldn't have asked for a better trip

Hostess with the Mostest
Wow, the property owners of this Val Vista Lakes home thought of everything to make a stay for a family fun and relaxing. The manager, Mindy, is easy to communicate with and very friendly. We loved how the home had a well stocked kitchen. The adventure options provided are just fantastic...pool, kayaks, bikes, air hockey, and games. The property is beautiful and well appointed. We look forward to staying there again the next time we’re in the area for a baseball tournament for our son!

Beautiful oasis
Absolutely beautiful and inviting Home. Great attention to detail, all the special touches. Very clean and organized. The beds were so comfortable. Didn’t get to visit much because of COVID-19, but staying in the house is all we needed. Mindy was great! Will be back for sure.

Perfect House and Location
What a great house, property and location. The house is perfect and has everything you will need for a fun filled vacation. The pictures do no do the house justice. Plenty of room for everyone and being on the lake was so much fun. The pontoon boat added a fun element to our vacation. Mindy was so kind and responsive. Beautiful and Relaxing
The house is spacious and filled with everything you need. The backyard is gorgeous, the pool is very clean and the boat was a perfect end to the evenings. Mindy was a thoughtful host and made sure you have amrverythibg you need. She even has kayaks and bikes in the garage for guest use. We enjoyed the close proximity to every store not to mention biking for ice cream!

This house is beautifully decorated and very well kept. The views are amazing! The pictures can't really show how truly nice this place is. Quiet neighborhood and located in a very nice area. Our best ever experience with VRBO !!
Mindy, the property manager, is someone everyone needs to have on their team. She was phenomenal!! So kind, so helpful, sooo generous, so caring! We happened to arrive at the beginning of the Covid 19 madness and she made certain we would have everything we needed for the first couple of days without having to venture out to the grocery market. She also made herself available 24/7 for anything we might need. The house was extremely well taken care of and absolutely spotless which is something I always look for. I never questioned the cleanliness of anything in the entire home. The kitchen was perfectly appointed with everything you might need when cooking for five teenagers and two adults. Linens and towels were very nice and in abundance. Shampoo, conditioner , body soap and hand soap were all provided and placed in the spacious bathrooms. No one wants to bother with packing those items whilst traveling. Such a lovely benefit. We come to Arizona often and have finally found our favorite Vrbo. This is a lovely home away from home and I highly recommend it!

A piece of paradise
