Beautiful and Picturesque Carefree Home
This was the second time that my husband and I have stayed at this beautiful property. The home has everything that you could need. We had such a nice stay, and with the lovely warm weather, we enjoyed sitting outside on the lovely patio everyday. We will definitely plan a return visit in the future.

Pretty home with great amenities
The check in was flawless and I love the fact we could park in the garage. The property is lovely and very clean, all the extra kitchen spices and teas were nice to have. We played a couple games and battled on the pinpong table and used the outdoor grill. Unfortunately it was in the 40s/50s during our stay so we did not use the pool but it is setup very nicely and can imagine an amazing summer stay. We had a ladies day and went to the English tea rose for brunch and enjoyed it very much, it’s a small place I recommend making a reservation. We also went to the Buffalo chip to check out the bull riding, small ring and short shows but definitely a fun place for people who like to party. We had lunch at El Encanto, I wish we would have made a reservation for outdoor seating near the indoor pond with ducks, turtles and lush greenery. The food was average but the atmosphere was worth it-super photoesqe and live music. Also did some shopping at frontier town and the prices weren’t inflated to buy gifts for people back home. The only problems we had with the property was the lack of hot water in the master bedroom for showers. Also locks on a couple of doors leading to the backyard and roof area were hard to work, there are directions in the welcome book but I think some folks may have tried operating them without the instructions causing them to be difficult to operate but overall a wonderful stay and definitely recommend.

The large size of this property made it an easy stay for our four adults. The rooms are all large and well appointed. The outdoor space is tranquil with beautiful scenery. The town of Care Free is close for food, etc.

Beautiful Home and Great Host
We spent Thanksgiving with our adult children home from college and it was a great experience. Home is very spacious, pool and patio were clean and relaxing. The interior and exterior architecture were gorgeous. Highly recommend!

Scottsdale Carefree
This is the second time we have stayed at this location. Very quiet and picturesque!!! We love hanging out at the pool during the day and going to the roof lookout in the evening. Such a great place we really enjoy this location.

Just a beautiful place in a great neighborhood. The house was immaculate and spacial. The pool was very clean although didn’t use it as was not heated. Enjoyed the rooftop seating area with a glass of wine to see the 360 degree views and gorgeous sunset.

This home is was for us in the most convenient location to our venues. It is affordable and comes with everything you you’ll need including a heated pool, observation deck to catch beautiful sunsets and lots more… Excellent manager, Tim. Very responsive as needed. Great Vacation
We stayed for 5 nights. The house is awesome with plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen is well stocked. Rooftop is great for sunsets and star gazing. We had the pool heated due to the cool nights. Great location! We didn’t travel more than 20 minutes for shopping, dining and hiking. Any questions were answered quickly. Everyone had a great time!

Wonderful Respite in the Desert
Five stars to this private, spacious and well appointed desert retreat. Plenty of room to spread out and a wonderful pool / patio area to decompress… it made for a amazing base camp for our various desert adventures. Tim was a responsive owner and made sure we were greeted upon our arrival by a concierge who provided a lay of the land. Highly recommended… we hope to be back soon!

Great property - as pictured and described. Manager provided swift and useful entry and walk thorough. We loved the pool, the decks, the lighting, the walking neighborhood, and location. There was an issue with the pool heater when we arrived which was never fully resolved during our stay but was out of the control of the owner. The owner/manager kept in constant contact with us throughout. Aside from that the home was gorgeous, exactly as described, and we would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful Property
My husband and I stayed for nine days at this amazing property. It was very spacious and comfortable for our stay. We had everything we needed to cook and really only had to buy a few things for our meals. The kitchen was so well appointed, we even had coffee for our mornings. The home and yard are just beautiful. It was chilly, so we did not use the pool. We did sit outside and enjoy the pretty waterfall and stunning views during the day. I would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend for a family or group.

Spacious & Beautiful
This house was perfect for our long-weekend reunion of 6 friends. Lots of places to hang out, including a fantastic rooftop deck that was wonderful for stargazing. The kitchen is well appointed and all beds were comfy. The host and the concierge staff were very accommodating.

Disappointing Stay
The house was 45 minutes from the airport and 35 minutes from Fashion Square Mall, farther away from everything we wanted and a bit remote. Still, we could have made it work if other things had gone well. Our primary reason for booking a private home with a private pool was to use the pool, including at night. However, the pool lights were broken. So, while it was too hot during the day to use the pool, we also couldn’t enjoy it at night. When I mentioned to the concierge that it was disappointing that we couldn’t use the pool at night, she said “I hear you,” which wasn’t satisfying. Also, we were told by Liah not to use the waterfall for more than an hour because it would break the pool. One of the pool umbrellas was broken or had been stuck in a position that the Liah didn’t even try to fix. Next, the rooftop deck was a selling point for us, but it was too hot to use during the day (no umbrella) and has no lights at night. A owner should give us a partial refund. The ice maker in the fridge was broken and we needed to use ice cubes. Although we were told to remove perishables at checkout, there were lots of old condiments in the fridge when we arrived which were offered to us for our use. We declined. Liah didn’t know how to use the TVs, didn’t know how to lock the doors, and couldn’t tell us anything about the area that wasn’t written in the guest binder. When we told her that we’d really like to know how to actually lock the doors, she said there was no crime in the area. This response wasn’t comforting. We figured it out. Be careful with the slider because, although it is difficult to lock from inside, it locked easily when we went to the patio for coffee one morning and locked us out of the house (there’s a keypad on the side garage door they we used to get in). There’s more but space doesn’t permit. Overall, this house was greatly overpriced for what we were able to use, and our stay was disappointing.

Spectacular Experience
From start to finish our stay was perfection. The property and the home are beautiful, well cared for, and comfortable. The environment is inviting and relaxing--from rooftop star viewing to days playing poolside. The bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is beautifully stocked, and there is plenty of entertainment on property. The concierge, Maureen, was available and helpful--absolutely wonderful. We were so happy that we booked our next stay at the property while we were still there! Exceptional!

We had a great time! We enjoyed the waterfall and pool. The great room upstairs by bedrooms 2&3 was great! Very quiet, my kids enjoyed all the games and DVDs provided. Rooftop was amazing. One thing we didn’t notice until our last day was the grocery discount cards on the welcome. table. Lol that would of been nice to have. Kitchen was fully stocked, bedrooms we’re comfortable! This was our 2nd trip to Arizona and we will definitely be back. This house was beautiful! Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful home
From check in to check out this home gives you everything you want from a Scottsdale Oasis. Convenient to restaurants and hiking. The rooftop was the perfect spot to watch sunrises and sunsets as well as the recent eclipse. Can’t wait to return!

Friends Trip

Lovely home for a family holiday near Desert Mountain!
We were absolutely delighted with every aspect of this home. The location was perfect - we had a family wedding taking place in Desert Mountain and we were able to go back and forth with ease to help with the preparations and to celebrate on the day of the wedding. We were greeted upon arrive by Maureen, who did a fabulous job of showing us around the house and making us feel at home. Beautiful House in North Scottsdale Desert
This house has everything you need to relax and enjoy the desert: inside and outside fireplaces, an amazing rooftop deck and a beautiful pool area. We really enjoy our respite from winter in this lovely home. We enjoyed hiking, golfing and horseback riding. A longer trip to the Phoenix Zoo and Chihully exhibit at the Desert Botanical Gardens were also fun. I would not hesitate to recommend this home. Enjoy!

Quiet, Relaxing, Beautiful!
The home is perfect for small groups, 2-3 couples. The master suite is located on the main floor, while the 2 additional bedrooms are located in the opposite side of the home and upstairs. Each bedroom has it’s own full bath. So much indoor/outdoor space to spread out. The rooftop patio offers gorgeous views! We saw a bob cat, barn owl, lots of quail and desert bunnies. Hiking across the street. Perfect little towns of Carefree and Cave Creek about 10 minute drive. Great restaurants and laid back energy. The hosts are fabulous! Tim went out of his way to make everything perfect, Maureen welcomed us and gave a quick tour of the home. Made us feel at home in the desert!

Sonoran Paradise
This property was hands-down the best vacation home I have ever had the pleasure of renting. My five friends and I traveled here for some much-needed rest and relaxation, and this home delivered. The pool is wonderful, the grounds are wonderfully landscaped, and nature is abundant. We saw so many birds and desert critters while sitting outside that it felt more like staying in a nature preserve than an upscale suburban neighborhood. The views from the rooftop terrace are astounding, and we were able to watch an enormous storm roll in during our stay. The house is huge and has many separate spaces for different activities, allowing us to split up for some quiet time if needed. The office has a very comfortable pull-out couch that was perfect and enabled almost everyone in our group their own bed. The concierge Maureen was incredibly kind and communicative, as was the owner. I have never rebooked a rental property, but I am dying to return to this place. The reviews are all legit, it was one of the best trips my friends and I have taken together.
