Fris en schoon huis in echt Mid-Century modern gebouw met zichtbare blokwanden, betonnen vloeren, industriële stijl dakramen, stalen en ijzeren hekken, aangepaste postmoderne poorten allemaal verzacht met aardvriendelijker xeriscape, uitgebreide LED-verlichting, kunstgras en nog veel meer originele kunst. CONDO VOLLEDIG GERENOVEERD DEC 2018 met gloednieuwe Beautyrest Hospitality-matrassen, nieuw beddengoed / handdoeken / vloerkleden / apparaten enz ... Loop naar 30 eetgelegenheden en bars op Restaurant Row en verder. Gratis koffie, thee en soms traktatie!

De Claremont # 1 heeft twee slaapkamers (een kingsize bed in de ene en een koningin in de andere) en een complete badkamer. De keuken is volledig ingericht met kookgerei, borden, glazen, eetgerei, kookgerei, kurkentrekker en meer. We hebben een onsite muntautomaat wasserette voor uw gedeeld gebruik met andere bewoners. En je hebt gedeeld gebruik (met een andere woning) van een binnenplaats met barbecue en patio.

Het pand ligt in een woonwijk op slechts negen deuren van de noordelijke rand van Restaurant Row op 7th Street. Dit gedeelte van 7th Street heeft onlangs, de afgelopen vijf jaar of zo, genoten van een explosie van nieuwe trendy en niet zo trendy restaurants en bars op loopafstand of een zeer korte Uber-rit vanaf The Claremont. Phoenix staat niet bekend als een verticale stad, maar is uitgestrekt en maakt ons gebied, met zoveel restaurants in zo'n klein gebied, vrij uniek.

We zijn nieuw in de hostingbranche, maar sinds de lancering eind december 2018 met andere kortetermijnverhuurplatforms hebben ze een bezetting van bijna 100% en hebben ze alle vijfsterrenrecensies gehad. We willen dit graag zo houden en streven er echt naar om te anticiperen op de behoeften van onze gasten en hen een geweldige ervaring te bezorgen. We hopen dat u ons toestaat hetzelfde voor u te doen!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at The Claremont! To start, the property feels so homey - from the courtyard, to the midcentury design style, the mural, etc. - and is also impeccably clean. Will’s detailed instructions, including the house manual, messages leading up to check in, and the video for where to park were super helpful, as we arrived late at night. He has thought of everything to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. We really appreciated the free laundry room access and availability of eco-friendly detergent pods, and the state of the art AC (as we our stay fell during a mid-July heat advisory). Will was super communicative and quick to reply to any questions. While we did not get a chance to meet him in person during our brief stay, you can tell how much he truly loves and cares about this property and the surrounding local community! We found so much to do within a 10-15 minute radius, and there are so many walkable restaurant options :) Highly highly recommend The Claremont and cannot wait to stay again on a future trip to PHX!

The mid-century modern was a great get away in Phoenix. Check in was easy and the videos on parking spot on. The place was clean and felt comfortable while staying there. Even though it was for just one night, the booking, communication and quality of the property couldn't have been ANY better. Location was fantastic, close to restaurants and bars. Beyond clean when we arrived, quiet neighborhood and some of the best arrival instructions I've ever had. Highly recommend!!

We were very happy with our stay here. The place was clean and well stocked. The location was convenient, quiet and felt safe. The host had great communication and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend Otro Cafe which we tried after the host recommended and it was fantastic. We would stay here again!

Highly Recommend!

Renting this property was seamless from start to finish. The property owner, Will, gave very clear instructions for check-in and provided lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. His communication skills are top-notch and he responded to questions quickly. The beds were comfortable, linens were soft, towels were nice and big, and although we didn't cook much there it appeared the kitchen was well stocked with whatever you might need. There is just one bathroom, but it was more than adequate for just the two of us. The location was great for us and close to everywhere we wanted to go. Safeway was close by too. I highly recommend Will's place; you won't be disappointed! Oh, and the manual he provided was a must read - Will has quite the sense of humor! :)

Family Reunion

We spent our last two nights in Arizona here. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and a great coffee shop each morning. The house was clean, quiet, and easy to get to. I enjoyed sitting in the outside area in the mornings and evenings. Easy drive to the airport if you need that. Communication with the owner was very good. Very easy check in and check out!

Week in the Desert

This is a wonderful property. The entire property has been nicely updated. It is very comfortable, clean, quiet and in a great location. Easy access to move around the city.
