During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, backyard, pool, and hot tub.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
The pool and hot tub get serviced weekly on Tuesdays. Please note that after rain or wind, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause it to appear discolored. Monsoon season with heavy wind and rains is June through September.
The pool and hot tub are heated complimentary with your stay. Please note that to maintain the heat, a cover is provided for both the pool and spa. It is the responsibility of the guests to make sure the covers are put back on after each use. No refunds of any sort will be given if the temperatures in the pool or hot tub drop due to negligence of the covers. Additional charges may occur for any excessive costs to reheat the pool and hot tub back to baseline if covers are left off.
The hot tub is heated via propane and must be turned on manually in hour long intervals as to avoid abuse and draining of the propane. Propane refill deliveries for the hot tub may not align with your reservation, as a third party provides this service.
BBQ Grill & fire pit are propane gas, one full tank of gas is provided for each, any excessive usage will be charged to the guest.
