Great Stay

This stay is located in a nice area and neighborhood. The house it spacious and has plenty of storage for all your needs. There is plenty of extra blankets and towels. The pool is stocked with toys and pool towels as well and there are plenty of place to lounge out by the pool. The side yard with golf and badminton is perfect for the kiddos. Great place that is close to many options. Would 10/10 stay here again!

Great property for multiple couples

Our group has gone to Spring Training for over twenty-five years. This is clearly one of the best homes we have stayed in. Clean, well-stocked and perfectly located. Property manager was helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend this house.

Excellent stay

We really enjoyed our long weekend in Arizona. Everything was set up right from the start and check in was very smooth. We had requested some additional items (toddler playpen, pool heating) and everything was set up as requested. The house is beautiful and even better than expected. The pictures offer a very good picture of what to expect. But we were very surprised at how well equipped it was. We used the kitchen extensively and all kitchen tools and spices were available. The entire family was able to spread out and have their own space. We would definitely stay again and we highly recommend this property.

Great For Family Vacation

The house worked out great. We enjoyed the variety of both indoor and outdoor games. The fire pit was also a big hit with our family of adults. The location worked for us fine. While there was not much within walking distance, most things (stores, dining, golf) were a short drive away. We would recommend this property and would stay there again should we return to Scottsdale.

Absolutely beautiful home!

Our family (4 adults and a toddler) from Canada, stayed at this gorgeous home for 2 weeks (there's plenty of room and beds for a much larger group also). It was super clean, completely stocked with everything, very very comfortable, and fun extras such as the poker room and pool and ping pong table. Outside is just as impressive. The yard had fun activities, plenty of different places to hang out, loved sitting at the "bar" while we BBQ'd, and the pool was fantastic. Was very happy to enjoy the pool every day, and some evenings! We wanted for absolutey nothing, it was such a wonderful experience. We've already discussed coming back for some relaxation and fun in the sun! This home is stunning, loved it all! Thanks so much. :-)

Excellent property in Scottsdale

We were 5 adults & 4 children. This was not only an excellent base for exploring the area, the kids also had a terrific time in the pool and with all the various activities. Nice functional and modern finishes. Airy/spacious layout.

Perfect home for a great family reunion!

House was well equipped for every facet of our needs. Kitchen was great for preparing & serving large meals (who could argue with the Wolf and the sub zero refrig), bedding, towels, entertainment -- the complete package all exceptional. Would definitely recommend this property and would rebook if the opportunity came up again. Only negative sentiments from the group were: > Several of the bedrooms lacked either sufficient air-flow or seemingly an over abundance of fan noise. > Outside trash bin was completely filled (and quite aromatic) upon check-in

Great location and layout for families.

The location is good to both Fashion Square and Kierland Quarter/Commons. The layout is nice for one or two families. The kids enjoyed the pool and the pool table. Property was clean and comfortable.

Bright, clean with high end amenities!!

This is my second time renting this home. This time there were even more upgrades than the last time. We love the updated tile in the bedrooms and the new furniture in living room. The TV outside in the barbecue area was a nice touch as well. We even enjoyed the new putt putt golf in backyard. The pool is clean and beautiful and was the perfect temperature. We loved the fire pit at night during our night swims. We had plenty of towels and linens the whole time the full-size washer and dryer make it really easy to keep everything clean. We will definitely be visit in this home again.

Perfect getaway

The property is comfortable, fun, gorgeous and in a convenient location. Mostly, however, the service provided by our concierge Maureen, was superb. We did not have any significant problems but the one or two small things we had questions about were quickly and adequately addressed. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic property

The house was everything we were hoping for. We stayed for just under 2 weeks as a COVID temporary relocation from a colder / snowier home. The nano wall back doors were a huge plus, allowed everyone in the group to bring the outdoors in. Great location, close to dining, groceries, shopping. The turf area in the west side of he house was great work workouts. Property manager (Maureen) was extremely responsive when we had questions. Would recommend this house and the property manager to anyone.

Nice Large Home with Good Amenities

Overall we enjoyed our 2-week stay at this Paradise Valley Village Home. We found the location to be very nice and centrally located to many of the places we wanted to hit. The home was clean and spacious for our group of 10 (2 families). The kitchen was nice and large and lots of great counter space...we made many of our meals at the home. The outdoor grill area was nice also. The pool was fun for the kids, although we had trouble thoughout the two weeks with the heat staying on and at temp, but we worked through that with the property manager. While we were there they had the outdoor firepit improved, and that was a great touch for the cool nights and allowed us to still hang out outdoors. We were able to make ourselves at home in this house for the Christmas/New Year holiday. We also really enjoyed the section of yard that was turf on the side lot...we had a couple of good beanbag tournaments out there as a group. There were a few items that were not in working order...some lights out in the main living room area, a toilet paper holder in the second master bathroom was coming off and we ended up just putting the toilet paper roll on the counter, the plastic shower curtain in the second master was kind of annoying...a cloth shower curtain would be so much better, little things like that that didn't ruin the stay by any means, just small annoyances when you stay for 2 weeks. We really enjoyed our vacation in Arizona and this house was perfect for what we needed.
