Beautiful Home!
This home was extremely clean and beautiful! It’s a very quiet neighborhood other than the jets from Luke AFB which we actually loved! We will definitely stay here again in the near future! I really can’t say enough about how extremely clean this home was! We loved our stay! The backyard is fantastic!

Cactus League Spring Training
We had a very relaxing stay. The house was immaculate and in a quiet neighborhood. We went to 4 baseball games in 3 different stadiums. We could see military planes taking off and landing at Luke Air Force base from the backyard pool. We hiked in the White Tank mountains and the Stairs at Verrado. We walked to Litchfield Park, twice. We visited the Litchfield Park Historical Museum, very interesting. We ate at the Wigwam and Park Cafe. A beautiful home in a beautiful place with so much to do!

Very nice place for a few days to relax
Great property and a nice layout for the house. Pool and jacuzzi were nice and maintained well. A few things to repair in the house, but overall a really nice property. Owners were responsive and attentive. Appreciate that many of the kitchen areas and light sources were labeled for ease of use to visitors. Surrounding area was quiet with decent shopping and entertainment not that far away. Will not hesitate to stay again when visiting Phoenix.

Fantastic stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 day stay! The home was incredibly comfortable and the layout of the homes floor plan was miraculous! Very roomy living room, kitchen, dining area with the longest kitchen island we’ve ever seen! Every necessary cooking pots, pans, utensils, you name it! The hosts were 💯% attentive and our stay couldn’t have been any better! We will definitely return to this home for our future Phoenix visits! Thx so much!

Perfect vacation spot

This home is the perfect place to stay. Each person in the family had their own hang out section to go to when they were sick of hanging out with the whole family. Kitchen was well stocked. Pool was FABULOUS! This was our second stay here and we are already talking about when we can go again!

Soooo enjoyed staying at this oasis. When you walk in the door, you feel like you have arrived at your own personal retreat. The home is beautiful, relaxing and so wonderful! We came to town for GCU's Family Weekend but we discussed coming back JUST TO STAY in this house and enjoy relaxing in our own pool, cooking outside, and living in such a beautiful space. Definitely loved our stay and highly recommend this home!

Amazing Property!
This was our first experience with VRBO or any vacation rental service, and any other property we might stay at will be hard to compete with this one! It was amazing. Beautiful home, and absolutely loved the outdoor space, found it extremely relaxing. The property was clean, stocked, and communication with the Property Manager was excellent. We have already booked this property for another stay and will likely book it whenever we return to Phoenix to visit!

We stayed at this property for 10 days in April 2023 and couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more. The home is stunning and the owners provide everything you could possibly need for your stay. The kitchen is the most well stocked of any property we have ever stayed in. Everything is labelled and easy to find and the supplies are plentiful. A great supply of both bathroom and pool towels and the backyard is a haven. Beautifully decorated and comfortable space with plenty of room for 6 to 8 people. The property is located in the area of an airforce training base so through the week there is some noise from planes flying overhead however we did not find it bothersome. Highly recommend this property and the owners, who are very responsive. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We rented this house to stay for our kids spring break. Our kids are 10 and 13. Everything was amazing. The house is so beautiful, the pictures truly don’t do it justice. Huge space for all of us. The couch was so comfortable, I want one for our home. We spent almost our entire week hanging out at the house and it did not disappoint. The pool and lounge area was awesome. All furniture is high end and the house is nicely decorated. I read reviews regarding the fighter jets and am so glad we booked. The jets are only intermittent throughout the week at certain times. It is not constant, so don’t let this discourage you. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet. Hosts were great to communicate with and responsive. It was the perfect house for our vacation.

Paradise!!
This home is everything you could ever ask for. It’s very tastefully decorated both inside and out and we found the furniture to be not only appealing to the eye, but extremely comfortable as well. The house has a nice open floor plan which makes it ideal for entertaining…..and then you go out to the backyard and OMG, you’re in paradise!! I also liked that the master suite was on the opposite end of the house away from the other bedrooms, which offered more privacy for you and your guests. Shannon is a wonderful host. Any questions I had, I simply texted her and she responded usually within minutes. She’s a true gem. The house is conveniently located in a nice area with many shops and restaurants close by and it is only minutes away from the 303 loop, which made it very easy to get around. We have friends in Sun City West and also Tucson. Easy access to the 303 made getting to their places a breeze. I try to avoid interstate 10 as much as possible and I was able to do that with the location of this property. I honestly could go on and on about how much I loved this place, but I’ll stop now and just say it was a dream vacation and I can’t wait to go back!

AMAZING
The pictures don’t do the house justice! Shannon and Russell left no stone unturned! Every part of the house is more than fully stocked with plenty of towels - pool and bath, pantry items, kitchen items, laundry items, etc… just the works!! All you need is your personal items and desired food. It is immaculately clean!!! The beds were soooo comfortable!! And finally the patio/pool area! OMG! Paradise! From the awesome pool to the grill pit and the hot tub! If I could have slept in the pool I probably would have a so relaxing!! The neighborhood was also nice and quiet and just AMAZING! We are talking about making an annual get away to this property! If you are ever in the Phoenix area, this is where you must stay!!! Thank you Shannon and Russell!!
