How dare you offer someone a room that was already broken into before I even swiped my key card. Whoever checked me in told me that room was clean it was beyond disgusting the shower vent was completely burnt to a crisp no tv and the door didn’t even shut. There was a line of people complaining about their rooms and that should have been the first red flags of many. The whole room had an odor beyond disgusting to the point of gagging at how disgusting and horrible it was to be offered such a room. The Health department needs to see how you conduct your business because this is beyond unacceptable.

Extremely unsafe feeling. Appeared to be unmitigated illegal activity in the parking lot. No TV or furniture or sheets on the bed or running water in the room. Looked like some rooms did not even have doors on the hinges. It reminded me of Amsterdam in the show The Wire. I cannot overstate how shockingly disgusting this hotel is. It doesn't make sense to me that it is even open for reservations from the general public.

As soon as I pulled up, I immediately tried calling to cancel. Homeless ppl were hanging around , as were females that were there for we know what, and other ppl in line to complain and want their money back. Terrible and dirty! Inside "lobby" wasn't available, staff children were in there hanging out and it was a mess! AND I WAS GOING TO BE CHARGED $130 FOR A ROOM??? DEFINITELY DO NOT STAY HERE!!

This hotel SHOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE VIA Expedia. I have sent a separate email to Expedia Customer Service with photos of the room depicting a broken door which did not lock properly, floors rotting with dangerous loose floor boards, shower with no shower head, no pillows on bed, sheets not washed , no TV signal or internet working....when the management said they could not locate any pillows for the room I checked out and paid for a room elsewhere. This is a dangerous place for any Expedia customers to potentially find themselves subject to theft or worse physical harm!!

This was the worst place i have ever booked. Upon arrival lines were out the door and not for good reasons. Checked in went to the room and it was absolutely awful. No sheets or bedding on the bed room is filthy and smells like cigarettes. Just an absolute mess and so unsafe. Long story short my fiance and I didn’t even stay there. Walked out and checked out of there faster than what it would take to tie your shoes. Will never book there again and would suggest you take your money elsewhere for something that’s worth it!! Definitely DO NOT recommend!!

It was entirely disgusting. The floor was sticky, the door was all busted and there were no safety latches for use while inside, only the deadbolt. The bathroom door was half gone. There was no microwave or refrigerator, and the ac didn’t work. There were no towels. It basically appears that the housekeepers changed the sheets (maybe) or maybe just remade the bed and put new soap. When I checked in, I waited 10 mins bc other guests had gone up there to change rooms, both in front of, and behind me. It basically seemed like the entire place was just dilapidated and no one working seemed to care that much. The pictures misrepresent the unit in the worst way. Someone tried to get into my car overnight and tripped the alarm, I saw them walking around after the alarm went off and I reset it. Two different trash trucks come by to empty the 3 nearby dumpsters, around 2am and 4am, which was incredibly loud. It just all around really really sucks. Unless you don’t have enough money to go anywhere else, don’t stay here.

This is the nastiest motel I have ever stayed in. No towels upon arrival took 12 hours to get towels. Unable to watch TV. Wall plugs don’t work, floors are nasty. Hot water is limited. Mini fridge doesn’t work. Only provided with two pillows for king size bed. Curtains aren’t hung correctly. Loud and noisy all through the night. Dope motel. Door to bathroom doesn’t close properly. This is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my life, and I’ve been in some not so good ones traveling for my work. Room smelled, like a mix of smoke and bleach. The smell was so bad that it made me sick to my stomach. Comforter had cigarette burns. No phone in the room. The bathroom floor was flooded, and the door to the bathroom was off the hinges with holes punched in it. There’s a lot of homeless, and drug addicts on and around the premises at any giving time. The outside was riddled with drug paraphernalia. It was bad. Don’t stay here if you’re looking for a decent place to stay.

Absolutely horrible motel. Do not stay here. The rooms are unsafe, dirty, moldy, blood on walls, graffiti inside room on walls, punched out holes in walls and doors, gang members and people doing drugs outside in the parking lot. Loud music in the surrounding rooms. Fire alarm was pulled off ceilings with wires exposed. Door did not lock. Pillows didn’t have pillow cases and were moldy and soiled. Worst hotel I have ever checked into. We left within a few minutes of checking in. Do not stay here. This place should be shut down immediately.

Sorry to be so negative, but this hotel is awful. Reception was behind a plastic screen. Curtains were dangling from hangars. There is no internet in rooms. There was a line of people waiting for rooms at 4:00 pm when I arrived. The person behind the screen said he had no idea when rooms would be ready. There were people lingering in stairwells who were not staying at the hotel engaged in drug use. The place was dirty and neglected. I didn’t stay. Needs lots of improvement to justify the price.

Really bad! Should be shutdown! Lots of drugs going on in the parking lot. Holes in the hotel rooms. Graffiti in the rooms. No AC. Smoke detectors broken. Couldn't close the door to the room. How can they be in business? Lots of people walking around the parking lots. Super loud.

Do not book this property. Expedia lists this motel as available but the property itself apparently gets no reservation info. We went to check on only to find we had no reservation there. The guy working there said this happens everyday, all from b expedia bookings . There was another lady there in the phone with expedia with the same issue. Also, this area is not good. Save time and trouble and book a different hotel. That being said, expedia refunded us the stay with no problem. Just sucked having to find a new hotel on the fly.

It’s a crack area and a crack hotel. We didn’t even check in and a lot of people was asking about their money back, but they was refusing to give their money back and they kick us out. Definitely not gonna go there again.
