Peaceful and quiet Casita with its own entrance and separated garage entrance, ceiling fans in all rooms, has its own in AC Unit, a large 120" theater projector in the bedroom while you sleep comfortably on a newly purchased firm King sized mattress and sheets for cozy tv or movie watching. Enjoy a cup of coffee outside of your own tree-shaded patio space.

Kitchennette has its own penninsula counterspace with two bartools, perfect for entertaining or having a friend or family over.

If working remotely or using the internet, use our free provided internet with COX 250/30 ul/dl speeds privately on a separate private Local Area Network with ethernet ports around the Casita.

TV
No Cable TV service is provided, however we have over air 4K Antenna signals for local channels. We have smart media devices available for use (amazon fire stick) which will be factory reset after every stay.

Space
This is a completely private casita with its own garage and its own front door. There are no shared spaces at all, which provides a very quiet private space to live in. Our home was built in 2018, fairly new property with modern amenities. Sorry no pets are allowed.
Neighborhood overview
Across your driveway has zero neighbors and instead there is a waterway with a path that leads to a large grass park. This waterway is a flowing creek with lots of different seasonal birds and ducks along the waterline. A jogging path leads around well manicured grass community Lakes and beyond, great for morning walks or exercise or even fishing.

Property is located close to freeway access and a very large outdoor strip mall with all of the big box stores, restaurants, and quick bites.
