This property is on a large corner lot, with a sparkling pool (not heated), a covered south-facing patio, outdoor furniture, a patio table with chairs, and BBQ to enjoy a cookout. There's parking available for two cars on the driveway and two more cars on the street for a 4-car maximum.

You'll love the open front room with large smart TV, cable, and Netflix. While the game room is the perfect place to play a game of Foosball, board games, or watch a movie on another large smart TV. The primary bedroom and bunk room also offer smart TV's to curl up and watch a movie or favorite show. Cooking will be a delight in the recently updated kitchen. Or if you don't want to cook there are many restaurants close by. In the dining room, there is seating for 6 with extra seating for 4 at the kitchen bar.

5. We are sorry to say that we DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS of any kind at this Property. Owner has SEVERE ALLERGIES to pet dander and pet hair. Therefore, there is a "No Pet" policy in place for this property. If pets are brought to the property, you will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be provided.
6. 30-day plus rentals require a $1000 refundable security deposit and an additional cleaning fee (Please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met.
7. Welcome to the Valley of the Sun. Native to the area are all types of critters (lizards, bugs, spiders, and so on) who call the desert of Arizona home. While the home is regularly treated to control these pests, seeing dead bugs doesn’t mean there is an infestation but that the treatment is working. The house is cleaned in preparation for your arrival but those trespassers sometimes die at inconvenient times. To ensure ants stay out please don't leave food or crumbs on counters or tables.
