Welcome to our private escape in Gold Canyon City near Superstition Mountain! This beautifully updated property is the perfect retreat for family gatherings, golf trips, or just a relaxing getaway. Surrounded by many golf courses, you have a golfer's paradise. The breathtaking backyard has spectacular mountain views. Enjoy the luxurious setting complete with a heated pool, hot tub and lounging space. (+$50/night for pool heat - please request at least one week before arrival) The home itself has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, plus thoughtful design touches throughout.



Please note that during the winter months the ability to heat a pool is affected by the ambient temperatures outdoors. If temperatures reach below 45F the pool heater will no longer be effective in heating the pool.



This home is professionally managed by a local, high-end hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own, and you will experience at an extremely high level during your stay. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our business line is available between 7am-7pm every day, and we are also available for emergencies only 24/7.

This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.





House Rules and Notes:

- No parties or events of any kind allowed on property

- Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.

- No smoking

- Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)

- Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)

- Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)

- Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)



Due To A New City Ordinance:

- All reservations will go through a verification process

- Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking

- IDs will be requested for verification after booking

- We report and prosecute all credit card fraud



Other Things to Note:

Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description.



This is a dog friendly property, there is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick-up after your pup.

Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges.



Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

An arrival email will be sent during the week before your arrival with information on access for your rental and information on your reservation.
