We only stayed here for proximity to the airport and our late arrival so we weren't going to spend hundreds on a room just to sleep and leave in the morning. The area is crawling with homeless people and has no amenities whatsoever. The coffee is literally coloured water and breakfast consists of bagels and toast which is in keeping with the price of the room.

The room was exceptionally clean; Didn't like the location, but for the money and the proximity to the airport, the hotel was suberb. Only a few walkable resturants, but not the hotel/motel's fault. Would recommend it for an over the night stay. Has a shuttle to and from the Phoenix airport.

My son and daughter-in-law were issued a "smoking room". Since she has asthma, they were issued an outside access room. The room was adaquate but drug dealing and other illicit business was taking place in the parking lot adjacent to their room. They left without any use of the room and managed to get a room at a another hotel. It took over an hour waiting in the parking lot to get a cab. Overall, a horrifying, experience.
